Stephen's POV

Coma?

"What do you mean 'she's in a coma'?" I cry.

"She lost a lot of blood and was barely breathing when she was brought in. Even though we got her stitched up, she still has a lot of unknown drugs in her system," the doctor says with a tear of his own streaking down his face, "do you know what might've caused her to go and do this?"

"No, sir. But I know someone who might've had something to do with it," Tamara says, shaking her hands nervously, "but they're dangerous."

     Wait.

     Trevor or Jeremy?

     "Which one?" I ask her.

     "Huh?" she hums awkwardly.

     "Jeremy or Trevor?" I clarify.

     "Both..."

"They're dead if they caused this," her father - Frank - and I say in unison, "uhm when did you get here?"

     "Just now. How is she?"

When the doctor gets done answering our questions - mostly Frank's (he father) - he walks us to the ICU, - sans Frank - where she's being held.

Since she's in the ICU, only immediate family can see her, so Tamara and I had to wait outside.

"I NEED TO SEE HER!" I scream, pounding on the glass doors that open up into the Intensive Care Unit, "PLEASE! LET ME SEE HER!"

"Sir, you need to calm down or you will be asked to leave," a nurse calmly says to me.

"I just... want to see... my girlfriend..." I say weakly, falling to the ground and covering my face with my hands, "she's... everything... to me... I... love... her... so much... I... can't... let... her... die..."

"Steph," I feel a hand on my back, "come on. Let's go for a drive," Tamara whispers.

She grabs my arms and pulls me up off the ground and drags me outside.

"Pull yourself together. She wouldn't want you to fall apart because of her," she says as she guides me to her car.

She opens the passenger side door and helps me blindly climb in.

I bury my head in my hands and fall apart all over again.

"Hey, hey. She's going to be okay. She's going to make it," she says calmly, climbing into her car.

      "Y-you don't know that," I say coldly.

"Maybe I don't. But I do know Kelsey. I also know that she wouldn't just leave you alone," she pauses, "Stephen, your her life. Her whole world is you. She wouldn't leave that behind. She just wouldn't."

"If she cares that much then why would she try to leave me? Hm? Tell me that. Because it sure as hell feels like she's totally done with everything. Including me."

"I know it seems that way, and I don't know why she did it, but she loves you, Steph. Don't give up on her."

"I just want her to be okay," I say, tearing up again, "I want to see her - happy and living -" I start heavily breathing, "drive to Abby's."

      "Jeremy's girlfriend?" She questions surprisingly.

"Yes," I say just as a text pops up on my screen.

Abby: I need 2 tell u something ASAP. Pls come over so we can talk

Me: already on my way

Abby: okay

Me: I'm bringing Tamara

Abby: y?

Me: because she's the one driving

Abby: fine

       "Okay, she knows we're coming."

And with that we set off to Abby's house.

A/N:
Sorry it's so short. Ideas just aren't coming to me and when they do it doesn't make sense when I try to write it. Until next time.
