The Jade Palace is silent,
The Emperor's asleep.
Chaos and darkness reigneth, the wars have all but ceased.Amidst the silent gloom, of the world below,
The Mockingbird watches, longing against all sorrow.Of the glittering cerulean, past the ethereal shores.
The Nightingale,
though she was naught,
Her shadow strayed,
and in his heart caught, her crooning, ringing through his stone core.
Around the glittering walls, of the Jade Palace arches,
the Emperor is roused, with longing, searches,Little of Forever does he see, through the oblivion,
The Nightingale perched on a Celestial Pavilion. She lustily sighs on dark cerulean skies,
Her silken feathers hearken the stars to shine.Hither the Jade Emperor, her solace he seeks,
The Nightingale's tinkling, to enchant him to sleep. And the finite, beholden to the Infinite's discourse,
Worlds apart from where she stood before. He could stare blankly, past the glittered sky,
Gazing at her beauty as she came nigh...But he could only behold, for what was her to he,
When between both of them,
Lay a Tapestry of Eternity.
He would arise and step traverse through seamless time,Through the damp mountain mists, past each ancient shrine.
Past the interwoven line of Space and time,
If the Nightingale doth beckon, he would not fear demise.Just as wind rises,
Caressing the willow trees,
So the mind bends to Eternity,
Though shielded with Beyond.Little of Forever does he see, through the oblivion,
The Nightingale perched on a Celestial Pavilion.————————————————————————
