Humanity's Last Hope.

Chapter 10: Grab The Gas.

"So, down the hall and the first door to the right." Ryan says.

We walk down the hall and look at the first door to the right. "Doctor Dane Hanse. Wasn't he on TV?" Susie asks.

"Yeah, he was credited for discovering extraordinary weapons. I wonder what the weapons were like." I say.

We walk in. The room is dimly lit because of a lamp on the ceiling. There are splashes of blood on the walls. In the middle of the room, there is a desk with a computer, unloaded revolver, and 7 canisters of the gas. I go and look at the computer. Susie picks up the gas.

If you are reading this, you have decided to try to save humanity. I thank you and the world will thank you. You need to go to Baltry. It is all the way up in New York. My car is in the second-floor garage. The keys are in my desk. There is gas and food in there. The car has a chainsaw on it. The code to open the door to the outside is 5923. Good luck.

"We need to get to Baltry. There is a car in the second-floor garage. We can use it to escape." I say as I open the drawer and take the keys and a bottle of painkillers.

I drop my bat. "Let's move. If we are lucky, we can avoid another horde." They both nod their heads.

We walk out to the elevator. We get back into the elevator. Ryan hits the second-floor button. "So, we have to travel across the country, to save humanity?" Susie asks.

"Yeah. Be ready though, the zombies are a big threat and the raiders, they were horrible in this city, I don't know how they are going to act across the country." The elevator reaches the second floor.

It opens up. We walk out. I look around, there are zombies beginning to come to attack us. "Shit! Run, there's infected!" We all book it to the garage, I spot the car with a chainsaw on it.

I hand Susie the keys. "You get the car ready, I'll hold them back and open the door." We reach the car, I take the chainsaw and rev it.

"This is fucking epic." I chop a zombie in half.

I run to the keypad. "Come here, you zombie bastards!" 3 zombies rush me.

I dodge one and cut it's head off. I cut off one's legs. I input the code. 5. 9. 2. 3. The garage door opens. I sprint with the chainsaw to the car. Ryan opens the door. "Get in!" I get in and slam the door shut.

"Susie, petal to the fucking metal!" We ride out.
