"You don't belong anywhere Sol," Echo said coldly, her golden eyes staring me down. I held my ground.

"Let's see what Whisper has to say about it," I argued. She scoffed.

"Whisper doesn't want you hanging around either!"

"If you two are going to become rogues then I can join you. Remember I'm the one who lived outdoors for five moons, not you. Kittypet." I said with contempt. Echo's anger seemed to bubble. Maybe coming to see my sister had been a mistake. After I left Skyclan, or rather was thrown out, I knew I couldn't return to my twolegs. I felt too guilty about leaving. I wandered around twoleg place for awhile before I thought about the conversation Whisper and Echo had had a long time ago. They had planned on becoming rogues. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to me, I could join my siblings for a world of adventure and leave the bad memories that were attached to this place.

"You were a lousy kittypet Sol. You left your twolegs. And you were a failure as a warrior, if you even were one. I'm sure you made the whole story up to begin with. Plus you're too soft to be a rogue."

Each word was meant to dig into my heart and cause me pain. I brushed off her remarks with a shrug. She was only mad at me because she missed Cinders. We all did. But she'd get over it and learn to be friends with me like she was friends with Whisper.

At the thought of my brother he appeared, looking slightly bewildered and out of sorts. His eyes focused on me with surprise.

"Sol...what are you doing here?"

"Hah! See he doesn't want to see you," Echo said gleefully. Whisper silenced her with a look.

"Are you alright?" I asked. Whisper looked incredibly disoriented.

"I'm fine, I think I just had a weird dream." He looked closer at me. "Maybe it was a hallucination."

"Whisper I came to ask you and Echo if I could join you two and we could become real rogues like you had planned," I tried not to sound too desperate, but I couldn't keep teh hopefullness out of my voice.

"Things didn't work out with Skyclan," Whisper said, not as a question but as a statement. I refused to answer.

"If he can't survive as a warrior then surely he can't be a rogue," Echo pointed out again.

"Sol would've been made a warrior if the foolish cats in Skyclan realized his worth!" Whisper burst out, catching us both off guard.

"I agree, the Skyclan cats were not what I expected. They were traitorous scum. So I left them." I lied. "I've thought about teaching them a lesson for how they treated me."

"What were you gonna do? You, against an whole army!" Echo rolled her eyes.

"Leafstar mentioned other clans in a forest far from here. She says Thunderclan is the reason Skyclan existed at all. If I infiltrated Thunderclan I could get revenge on Leafstar by destroying her precious friends."

"You're even dumber than I thought Sol," Echo laughed and walked off. Whisper left as well, following after Echo. I stood there in silence for a moment before I decided to follow them. They always ditched me and went off on their own. Not this time. I followed them at a distance so they wouldn't see me. But I was close enough to hear them speak.

"Whisper I don't think we should be rogues anymore," Echo stated.

"Why not? It's all we've talked about for the last few moons."

"Hunting on the streets is hard. I've been thinking that having the security of a clan would be good."

"Why didn't you just join Skyclan?" Whisper asked.
