Chapter 27

We waited for a while, making sure they were gone. Rick slowly stood up, bringing me with him, i peeked through a hole, trying to see if those guys were anywhere near

The only thing i saw was there car, which means that there still here. I felt a pull on my hand,  rick quietly made his way over to herhsel, pulling me with him

''We can't stay here any longer, we can go out the back and slowly make our way to the car'' 

I nodded as soon as we were about to stand up, there were gun shots outside. We quickly got back down, i sat down next to hershel, glancing over at rick a few times

''What the hell man?'' hearing one of the guys whisper

''Don't worry i got them...come on man, were looking for dave and tony, and no one thinks to check the bar?!'' 

I turned my head, looking at rick, his blue eyes staring back at me. I noticed his hand tightening around his gun as the footsteps came closer and closer to the bar

As they were about to open the bar door, i quickly moved myself, slaming the door shut with my leg

''What the hell?'' i heard one of the guys whisper

''If someone's in there we don't want any trouble, we just want to find our friends''

''Do we take down the door'' 

Not knowing what to do next, i slowly moved myself a little, holding the door closed with both of my feet

I looked at rick, he shook his head, then looked at me. He dosn't know what to do, hearing footsteps going away, i slowly moved my legs away from the door

''They wanted to kill us'' i stared at rick in shock What the hell?!?!

''Dave and tony in there? Are they alive?''

''No''

I heard them arguing outside, when suddenly there was a gun shot and the glass above my head shattered, falling all over me. That's when rick stood up and started shooting 

''Get out'' 

I didn't want to go and i was about to say No, but hershel grabbed onto my hand, pulling me with him. We made our way to the back, suddenly there was a shot, right infront of my face

 Quickly getting down, i layed against the pole. I looked over my shoulder, seeing rick staring at me, his eyes full of worry and sadness. I heard something squeaking, glancing over at rick, he shook his head

I didn't listen to him and quickly got up, making my way towards where the sound came from. I found a door, it was slightly open, i slowly pushed it open, raising my gun ready to shoot

Making my way down the stairs, i swore under my breath, when one of the steps squeak. I slowly walked towards, looking around to see if there were any walkers

When suddenly heard the sound of a glass bottle being moved, looking towards the sound, there were two doors. I could see shadows of three guys, shit, there the same fucking guys...now what? 

That's when the door handle moved, i quickly raised my gun and shot the window, making it shatter

''Taylor! Taylor'' i heard rick calling me

''Im alright rick, it's fine'' i yelled back

Rick's pov: 

I made my way over to hershel, looking over my shoulder couple of times

''You go over to taylor, make sure she's alright and tell her to get to the car, and drive to the back, that's the only way we'll survive. You missed out on the shooting practice, sure comes handy at the moment''

''I can shoot...i just don't like to'' 

I watched as hershel walked away, i didn't want taylor to go out there and risk her life, but at the moment, that's the only way out. When suddenly there was two gun shots, not being able to hold it

I ran to the back, seeing hershel standing by the door, i quickly ran next to him. Seeing a guy laying on the grass, groaning in pain

''What happened?''

''The guy fired, i think he shot taylor''

I think he shot taylor, hearing those words, i felt like my heart fell to my stomack. Not wasting any time, i steped outside and quickly made my way over to where taylor was

She was laying behind the dumpster, i hurried next to her

''Are you alright? Are you shot?'' 

''Im fine'' she whispered

I placed my hands onto her face, making her look into my eyes

''Don't ever...ever do this again''

Looking into her eyes, i felt like everything was fine, like there weren't any walkers, the world didn't seem or feel like shit...everything was perfect
