Last Romeo (The walking Dead: Rick Grimes love story)

Chapter 7

When they finished talking, rick gave giermo few of our guns. They leaded us out of the building and we started walking back to the car, i was walking between rick and daryl.

 As we were walking, i could feel rick's hand slightly touching mine from time to time. I tryed not to pay much attention 

I wasn't looking were i was going, when all of sudden, i bumped into someone. I looked up and saw it was rick, they were all looking at something, i looked up and realized that our van wasn't there

''Uhh...were the hell is our van?''

''We left it right there, who'd take it?'' 

''Merle'' even though i knew rick was right, i didn't want to admit it to myself. Rick started walking the way where the van had been, i looked at daryl confused

''Where are you going?''

''Where do you think? I'm going back'' i rolled my eyes and we all ran after him

We were walking through the woods, for god knows what reason. Rick just thought it might be better, me on the other hand...not so much.
As we were walking, we suddenly heard a high pitched scream and it came from the camp

''Shit'' with that we all started running towards the camp as i was running i managed to get my bow ready

As we got closer and closer there were more screams and gun shots, i was right behind rick when i saw him take his gun and shoot one of the walkers

I saw a walker making her way towards him, i aimed and shoot it right into her head as she was about to attack him. Rick turned around as the walker fell onto the ground, he looked up and me and nodded

I started shooting as many walkers as it was possible, but there were to many of them. I didn't notice one making it's way up behind me, when suddenly it fell right next to me

I looked up seeing t-dog infront of me with his gun aiming towards me. I nodded at him as a thank you and started shooting the walkers again, everyone was gathered infront of the caravan 

I took my bow out of an walkers head when....BOOM, i fell onto the ground. I heard daryl scream and saw him lean down infront of me, my eyes felt heavy and i had a hard time trying to keep them open

The last thing i remember is seeing rick's blue eyes looking down at me, i didn't know what was going on, or even what happened. All i know is that i felt slight pain in my hips

When i opened my eyes a bright light was shining right in my face. I turned around to block it away as soon as i moved, pain shoot through my hip

I gasped holding onto it, i slowly sat up and looked around. Jim was laying next to me and jacqui was handing him water and taking car of him, i managed to stand up some how. Jacqui turned around and smiled at me, seeing me standing infront of her

''Oh great your up'' 

''Where i'm i?'' 

''Were in the caravan and were driving to the CDC...'' i cut her off

''Why?''

''Jim was biten and rick's sure that there's someone there...and he or she can help us'' i nodded and looked out the window, we were driving for a while when suddenly we stoped
