Chapter 6

I woke up from a really bad dream except I couldn't open my eyes and I couldn't move or talk I felt so vulnerable I could hear though so that's ok I guess.

I could hear this beeping noise, people talking and what sounded like crying.

Then everything came flooding back I was in a car crash omg was Mackenna alright I tried to fight this pain and move something but I couldn't.

I felt someone hold my hand they felt so gentle then I heard a man start talking saying that he loves me he's sorry for what he said and he hopes I'll make it through this, who was this man and how did he know me?

Why was he so concerned about me when I don't even know who he is! Oh shit what's my name? What the fuck so my name?

He keeps saying ' I love you Reanaa I'd do anything for you' since I can't hear another person in the room then my name must be Reanaa but why does he love me? Is he my boyfriend or something?

This white light came over me and this lady appeared she looks familiar she's smiling at me and walking towards me.

She starts talking but I can't hear her I'm shouting I can't hear you I can't hear you but it's no use she just keeps nodding and smiling and talking to me but I can't understand a word.

Reanaa got in a car crash her friend was in the car with her and she died at scene along with the taxi driver Reanaa was close to not surviving but my baby girl pulled through she's tough like her mother.

I'm sitting by her hospital bed she can't move or open her eyes but she's talking I guess you could call it a semi coma. I don't thin she realises that she can't talk though it's not proper talking it's like a mumble but I can understand every little word that's a plus from listening and reviewing EVPs all the time. She doesn't seem to know who I am and that hurts so bad but I can't give up on her.

Right now it sounds like she's dreaming saying that she can't understand someone she can't hear them.

The white light disappeared and I was just left in this darkness again I was getting pretty tired and that man was singing a song to me I recognise it from somewhere but I can't put my finger on it well I can't put my finger anywhere because I can't fucking move it. I decided to get some sleep.

I woke up from a dreamless sleep to hear someone snoring. After what seemed like forever the snoring stopped and the man started talking to me again.

The white light started appearing again and the woman was back but this time I could hear her and I recognised her it was her it was my mom

Reanaa: Mommy?

Mom: Reanaa sweetie what are you doing here?

Reanaa: I was in a car crash mom

Mom: it's not your time yet darling you have to go you have to fight this

Reanaa: but I don't want to leave you again mom

Mom: I'm always here with you in your memory your heart and your dreams you'll see me again when your ready now go and remember Ree remember.

The white light started fading again.

Reanaa: mom! No mom do go...mommy!

And she was gone.

I jolted up and my eyes opened for what seemed like donkey's years I could see and feel my surroundings.

"I REMEMBER"

I looked to my left and saw my dad waking up as soon as he saw me he ran over to my side and hugged me and gave me the biggest sloppiest kiss ever.

"Ew dad stop"

"I love you so much Ree"

"I remember dad"

"I know sweetie I know"

"It's not your fault dad"

"What do you mean?"

"What you said it's not your fault you couldn't control it"

"So you forgive me?"

"Yes of course I do your my dad and I love you"

"I love you too sweetie"
