"Is it normal to want to spend all your time with someone?" Minho asked, still tired and having so many thoughts running through his mind.

"I'm starting to wonder the same thing." Chan said, muddled just as much as Minho. The pair was out on the courtyard that morning, arriving to school early for some odd reason. Minho glanced over at Chan, pensive even at such an early hour.

"Tell me, do you think Jeongin is cute?" Minho had been wondering that since they day Chan met him. Chan sighed, leaning back against the bench they were sitting on.

"Of course I do, have you seen him? He's adorable."

"But in a 'like' like way?" Chan remained silent, Minho expectant.

"I think I'm confused." He said after a long while, leaning forward onto his knees. "Jeongin is really cute, but I don't think I like him that way, but..."

"But?" Minho had never seen Chan so conflicted. He was always the collected one, the one who knew the answers. It seemed like he didn't have any this time.

"I might like Woojin that way." He admitted, eyes never leaving the ground. "He's all I think about sometimes and it's weird because- well because he's Woojin." Minho cackled. What was Chan's point?

"I don't think I know what you mean by that?"

"He's always been this big flirt. Real smooth talker, that one, with his witty comments and cheesy pick up lines. But even with that finesse, he smiles like the sun. He gets under your skin with his charm, but it's all it is- charm." He seemed a little angry, ,voice restrained. "You're not supposed to fall for that. He's a player, no one should fall for a player." Minho thought back to the times he's been with Woojin and doesn't recall a single time he's shown any kind of interest in anyone but Chan.

"You might not be wrong in falling. You might be surprised." Minho advised, trying to give some kind of moral support. He didn't like the way Chan looked right now, so at odds with his own feelings.

"Hey!" They turned, a little shocked at the presence of another. Luckily, they were still a good distance away, but they were cutting it close, getting nearer. "What are you guys doing here so early?" It was Woojin, the one person Minho thinks Chan least wants to see right now.

"Just felt like being here early." Minho supplied, offering a smile since Chan was being very dismissive. Woojin starred and Minho thought he was staring at him until he saw the way Woojin's eyes followed Chan's movements as he got up.

"Hey I'm going to the library, I'll see you later." He directed it at Minho, walking away without even sparing a glance at Woojin. A frown was on his face as he watched him walk away.

"See you." Was all Woojin said before he was chasing after Chan, pretty much what Minho expected. Chan really should be less oblivious.

"Minho?" Minho jumped out of his seat, startled by the voice on his right. Jisung giggled, waving small at the shaken boy. "Didn't mean to scare you." Minho adjusted his backpack, playing the cool boy act and shaking his head.

"I wasn't scared." Jisung wasn't convinced, but he shrugged. He was about to say something else when someone barreled into his side. Jisung squeaked, Minho at the ready to fight whoever crashed into Jisung. But the boy was laughing, wrapping an arm around Jisung in a friendly manner.

"Can I borrow your notes?" He asked, cat like grin on his face as he waited for Jisung's response. It took another moment for Minho to recognize the boy as Hyunjin and another for him to be upset about the way he was acting with Jisung. He didn't like how close they were, how Hyunjin was smiling so stupidly at him, how Jisung laughed at his behavior. It made Minho angry, face hardening as he continued to watch them.

"What makes you think I took notes?" Jisung maneuvered his way out of the hold, Minho less tense now that Jisung had his own personal bubble again.

"Thought I'd try, you were the first person I saw today." Jisung put a hand to his chest.

"I feel the love, man." He giggled and Minho just watched as Hyunjin lit up at the sound, feeling even more annoyed by the way Hyunjin was acting.

"It's only for you." He puckered his lips, as if going in for a kiss and Minho just about had enough of that. Without a second thought, he tugged on Jisung's arm, getting his attention.

"Um..." Minho couldn't find an excuse to stop them from talking. Hyunjin glanced at Minho, confused for a moment before he was smiling.

"Well, I better go see if I can find Seungmin." He salutes before skipping away, Minho's hand still wrapped around Jisung's wrist. He quickly drops it, throwing his hand behind him as they're left alone again.

"So..."

"Can I ask you something?" Jisung said quickly, very anxious suddenly. Minho nodded. "Jeongin says I should ask you, but I've been too scared. But might as well do it now." He rambled, hands shaking as he continues. "I mean it's not a scary question, I'm just scared. You know what, maybe I wasn't ready. Can we talk about something else?" Minho wasn't sure if he should laugh or cry. Instead, he takes Jisung's hand, with purpose, thumb caressing his knuckles.

"We don't have to talk about it if you're not ready. Just know that whenever you are ready, I really want to know what you wanted to ask." Jisung nods, not meeting Minho's eyes. He let's Minho hold his hand for a little while longer and Minho can't wipe the smile off his face. He was right, Jisung's hands are soft. Jisung himself is just so soft. He wants to keep him forever.
