Is it just me that thinks teachers can make or break your school life. Like seriously, who enjoys going to a lesson with a teacher you hate? You end up despising that class and therefore that subject.
To give you some background on my school life I went to school in the UK meaning I have been in school (not collage, universality ect) from age 4 to age 16 12 years altogether. I went to three different schools(although there are some discussions to be held): Infants school (4-7), Junior School (7-9) and this Junior school then became a Primary school (ages 4-11) and finally High School (11-16). This is probably pretty confusing for people who were not brought up in the UK but most schools are now Primary Schools instead of infants and junior schools (ours were under the same headteacher) and it just so happened that it was while I was there that they joined. I have always enjoyed school.........well!
The experience of two schools joining together is a pretty weird one as parents are getting letters asking about uniform and teachers and other changes, a building site taking over the playing fields and then a load of new kids coming. Also the fact that the school was pretty old so the new modern bit stuck out like a sore thumb. My best memory from the time was throwing the dinner bands (what the dinner ladies used to know what you ordered) of a boy I HATED over the fencing of the building site knowing full well he had no chance of getting them back.
My Primary School was great and all the teachers were awesome..............except this one b*tch the thing I remember about her the most was in Infants School but it sticks with me. We were all sat on the carpet (I was around 6 at the time) and she was yelling at us for not stopping strait away as the whistle blew at break (recess(sp?)) ikr stupid rule but she was stood there screaming at us for this one dumb rule she expected 6 year olds to get like I don't get it now!?! And as a side not my mom worked at this school as a teaching assistant for this teacher and she hated her too so f*ck her!
My year 6 maths teacher was also the best and he made me really love maths and got me into learning. Now obviously we did work hard in year 6 as we has end of school SATS but his lessons didn't feel like a chore he made them really fun and we'd play games and solve puzzles in order to learn the topic. My year 9 maths teacher was a whole different story.......buuuut you'll have to wait 'till next time to find out about him as I'm too lazy to write any more and am off to watch some YouTube
