Isn't the best moment in a boring school day walking into a lesson to find some random teacher sat behind the desk?!
I've had some crazy supply teachers but first a little background on how my school did things.
Throughout my first few years I only had a couple different supply teachers and that's because the school only had a couple they were all okay and were nothing special. They were pretty much all PE teachers that had nothing on as well xd!
I do however have a couple of stories about some.........characters I had. That I think were picked up off the street!
The first one was around a bit but the lesson I vividly remember is from year 9. It was Geography 1st period (in the UK we have 5 hour long lessons in the day with 15mins between 2nd and 3rd and 45mins for lunch) and I was expecting my usual Geography teacher, who I like, but instead I was met by someone I had never seen before. He looked a little strange and crazy but I didn't really care it was different and meant I could slack off (like the rebel I am xd (no)). The lesson atarted as usual with gum telling us to answer questions from the textbook. Fun! ( not) I sit right next to the teachers desk so I was pretty close to him. He was very fidgety and was looking at all the stuff on sir's desk. No problem. The problem started when he started going through sir's drawers and making fun of him having everything organised. No. I obviously didn't say anything to him because I'm awkward and don't like confrontation.
It was the next day when sir came back that we found out the true craziness of this guy. He'd taught nothing to any of the other classes that day, had let them take their phones out (we can't do that no matter what) and had broken some of sir's stuff and when we told him about the name calling sir was pretty mad.......that was a fun lesson!! XdAnother teacher I had was in Year 7.....Citizenship......ugh (it was the only year we had to take it though). We had this normal supply teacher (my first one in high school) and were learning about other countries and kids less fortunate than us. This was the moment that sir told us his life story! No, more like he told us about this time he filmed a documentary about this orphanage in some other county. He showed us pictures and the film pausing at moments to expand. It was really interesting and quite off topic but sssh! He told us that the orphanage staff were making it look better for the cameras so they had to use hidden ones to capture the pretty bad stuff. The thing that broke my heart though was when he told us that the kids (who on camera were playing with toys) were confused about said toys. Basically the kids had never seen toys. It was eye widening but good to learn about.
I could do more stories of teachers next or do you want me to do something else. Comment what you think!
I'm gonna now use this space to explain my situation.
So my stories I have been writing I've been keeping on my laptop using Word but I'm sad to say over the holidays my laptop lost it's life and it's memories. Yep I lost half a years worth of work. So I've given up on my other stories (for now?) I may go into something new but idk?!
Hope you enjoyed share your stories in the comments!
Love Ya
