Third person's POV:

The girl walked the cold dark halls of the school her squeeking sneakers echoed through the quiet students,  who just stood and stared,  some wisperded to each other wondering who this girl was,  for she looked extremely familiar,  yet so strange at the same time.

Her former friends , wispered  snide comments about her,  softly,  but loud enough for her to hear them.  But she just grinned,  amused that they don't recognise her,  as well as her own stupidity,  because she to used to be  like them.

But she held her head high her dark brown hair framing her pale face,  which had some light makeup on,  but not as much as she used to wear.  She wore a plaid button up shirt,  with slightly ripped skinny jeans,  and her feet felt relieved to wear those comfortable red Converse.

She headed in one direction,  leaving her identity as the mysterious dark haired beauty.

Once she reached her destination,  she tapped  the girl who was busy rumaging through her locker. She paid no heed to the other people who stared with mouthes agape,  at her as this mysterious girl tapped their friend.

The girl spun around,  and a warm smile immediately spread across her face,  as she enveloped the mysterious dark haired beauty in a hug.

"Bri,  you came,  I didn't think youd be back for at least a week " Rowan said as she let the girl go.

The girl shrugged and said "Well,  I couldn't let you take on this hell hole on your own now can I,  I mean what would this school be without me. "

Rowan laughed,  "Touchè"  she said and then looked up at Calan beside her,  "Close your mouth Cal,  or do you want to catch flies " she said jokingly,  and his mouth immediately snapped close,  but then opened again,  then closed again. ...  his actions resembled something  a fish out of water would do.

The two girls just laughed at the speachless Calan.

When he finally processesed what he sees before him he spoke :"Wait,  wait!,  wait! !! Hold the phone! !! Bri,  as in Britany? ? " he aslked,  and Bri nodded.

"Woah,  M I N D   B L O W N,  but you. ... you. ... you look nothing like you used to. .... not that  I'm complaining or anything,  you. .. uh. .. you. . look. .. nice. "

"Wow did I cause the great Calan Stone to be speachless,  I feel honoured.  " Bri said.

Calan quickly got himself together "Don't flatter yourself sweetheart,  I'm far away from speachless,  I... uh. . I  was just admiring your shoes,  their awesome. " he said smugly.

"Can you believe it,  a compliment as well.  You're really on a roll here Calan " Bri said and chuckled.

"Don't push your luck " Calan said with a smirk.

"Come on Cal. So Bri will you be sitting with us at lunch? ?" Rowan asked.

Bri shook her head and smiled  "Thanks Row,  but I think I wan't to find my feet on my own,  you know,  start over and make ammends were I can,  make some new friends and all that jazz.  "

"Ok Bri,  but remember we're here for you. You're our friend now,  and there is not much you can do to get rid of us. " Rowan said and  chuckled.

"Thanks,  I'll see you in math then. "

"Sure,  and good luck " Rowan said,  and hugged Bri before she left.

Rowan turned back to her friends and burst out in a fit of giggles at their identical facial expressions of a mixture of shock and something that looks slightly as if they are constipated.  They snapped out of their dazed states  when she slammed her locker shut.  Then they snapped and started to interogate her like mad men.  But she just kept laughing at them,  and also because she is happy that Bri  managed to start over and has an opportunity to have a better life.
