Chapter 10: The Story Remains

*Y/n's POV*
I yelled out his name and I ran to him. I didn't believe what just happened. A car ran into him. I couldn't help it but cry. I ran to him and blood was rushing out of his side, as blood was gushing out of his head. I was shaking and I called the ambulance. I tried to stop the blood as the person who came out was on the floor. He apologized to me and Sunwoo but I couldn't even look at them. I was so scared. They helped me until the ambulance came and they helped Sunwoo. They said his head was injured and so was his side, and that it would probably take about 3 months or so for him to heal. I couldn't believe it, it was all my fault only if I could've gotten to him faster.

*3 Months Later*
Time flew and his manager took care of him. I couldn't see him because of school exams. I was really still worried about him. The day he comes back is tonight. I wanted to go see him so I canceled my working day. He was still a bit injured but it was only going to take at least another week for it to fully heal. He was brought home early.

I stopped by and told them who I was. They let me in as I saw Sunwoo on the chair. "Sunwoo-ah?" He was asleep so I couldn't do much. I went over to him and cried. "This was all my fault. Because of that you're like this now. I'm so sorry." I sat there for awhile until he woke up. "Hello?" I was excited so I looked up. "Sunwoo? You're awake." I was relieved and I started to smile. "Y/n?" He said as he smiled. "It's Y/n." I began smiling. "Where's Jennie?" He looked around. My smile faded as I heard her name. "Jennie? You fired her." I told him. "Fired? Jennie was right next to me." Sunwoo looked around. "Jennie isn't here." I looked down. "Please rest now." I got up. "Y/n?" He grabbed my wrist. "How do I know you?" He gave a confused look. I felt like crying. "You just happened to know me. Let's talk later." I smiled and as I walked away tears escaped my eyes. He remembered my face and name but he doesn't remember anything else about us. Has every memory escape from his heart and mind? I ran to my house and I cried as I laid on my bed. "Sunwoo-ah.. Why did you have to be like this?" I couldn't believe anything. It felt like all hope was gone.

*The Next Morning*
Waking up and realizing what happened yesterday left me still scarred. I didn't want to wake up and see him again. I dressed up knowing I had to go back to school. Sooner I got there and went straight to my locker. "Have you heard? Sunwoo got into a car accident 3 months ago and he is coming back here today!" A student shouted as she ran to her friend. The chills ran up my spine and I looked down. He'll never know our memories anymore.

Later Sunwoo attended back and fans were all surrounding him. "I'm fine. Thank you for worrying." Sunwoo said as he smiled and took gifts from his fans. "Y/n! It's nice to meet you again." Sunwoo said looking over at me and smiled. I was nervous. "Hehe, yeah. You're feeling better?" I asked him feeling down deeply. "Yes, look at all of this. I didn't know that many people worried about me." He said putting them in his bag. I quietly said, "Yeah, I was very worried." I took my pencil and started writing. "Look at them!" Someone said. "Yeah, I always thought that they were a official couple, since they're always around each other." Somebody else said whispering. "What? 'Couple'?" Sunwoo looked at me. I looked back at him. "I guess you really forgot." I stood up as the bell ringed and I walked out. Sunwoo followed me and stopped me from walking away. "What's happening? Why are you upset?" Sunwoo asked me. "I can't blame the car accident that made you like this. I think you should've known that I liked you too. Whatever you thought about me and Hyunjae, it's not real. He has somebody else and I never knew you felt that way about me before the crash.-

*Sunwoo's POV*
- You walked away into the road and soon you ended up in the hospital." Y/n finished talking.
~A vision happened in my mind.~
My heart was empty, I let her suffer these three months waiting for me and not remembering her. I felt so broken that I let her feel that way.
"The time we were 'Barbie and Aster' we were like each other's side kicks, but I get it. You had to stay away from me, but the question was why. Maybe I was too much to handle. It's okay, maybe I'm putting too much on your mind. We can talk later." Y/n said as she walked away and I stood there speechless thinking about it. Everything came back to me and I total lost it there. I ran outside breathing. I was hyperventilating, I couldn't breathe. I forgot that I left my medicine in my bag so I ran inside and couldn't find it. I walked to the nurse and luckily she saved me. "Your manager dropped off some pills Incase you lost your's like you did. Have two pills for now." She handed me it with a glass of water. "Thank you." I said drinking the water. "Why did you hyperventilate?" The nurse asked me. "Personal memories came back to mind. I was too touched because I let my accident affect the person." I said looking at the nurse. "Has my mother ever called?" I looked at the phone. "Yes, she told the school about your accident so they wouldn't have worried but many of us did and we're so happy to see you here today." She said taking the cup. "Now, you should go find you bag before you leave school, and be careful." she said smiling at me. "Thank you so much." I walked out and bowed to her. I ran up the stairs and found my bag in another student's hand. "Hey! That's mines!" I ran to him. "I'm sorry, I was returning this to the lost and found. Luckily you found it on time." He said looking at the bag then staring up at me. "Sunwoo?" He said as he dropped the bag and hugged me. "You don't know how much I've missed you." He said breaking the hug. "Hy-Hyunjae, I-" I hesitated as I spoke. "You don't have to stutter, here." Hyunjae picked the bag and handed it to me. "It fell in the right hands!" Hyunjae smiled as he looked behind me. I grabbed the bag. "What is it?" I looked where he was looking. Tzuyu is back? "Hi sweetie!" She said smiling as she walked towards us. "Sunwoo! I've missed you!!" She said hugging me then to Hyunjae. "Are you two together?" I asked curiously. "Yes. I came back to visit you while you were at the hospital then Mister confessed to me and I accepted it. How are you feeling?" Tzuyu asked as she tilted her head. "I'm okay, just needed to find my bag. It's so nice to see you again! I missed you so much too, but I have to go! I'll see you later!" I said as I hugged them and ran to the lunch room. I couldn't find Y/n and probably guessed she was at the roof top. I went there and found her sitting down. I walked towards her and sat next to her. "Everything is changing and everyone that I missed is back. I just need to visit my mother." I said looking at the sky. "Did you see Tzuyu?" Y/n asked looking down. "Yes, I missed her a lot." I looked at Y/n. "Sunwoo? Why are you afraid of getting closer to me?" Y/n asked as she looked into my eyes. I looked away and stood up. I looked down at the ground.

"I fell in love once..."
