3rd person pov:
"Where are we going exactly???"
"Come on Bambi.. Trust me!!" Amber said,still holding Andi's hand, (who is currently blushing to the nickname) guiding her to the entrance of the park they're heading to
"Milson park? Isn't it abounded or something??" Andi said when they we're finally at the entrance
Amber sighed "not really... people just stopped going here, but I still do"
"Why?" Andi looked up at her, Amber slowed down to Andi's pace and fixed her gaze on her shoes, hands deep in her pockets
Amber huffed "Well, when I come here no one is around and I get to have some time on my own, alone, so it's kind of 'my special place' now"
"You showed me your special place? Why?" Andi tilted her head
"You just love asking questions don't u bambi?" She smiled at her and Andi nudged her side being a blushing mess
Amber rolled her eyes and took a deep breath "it helps me calm myself when I'm sad, and.... you look like you need it" Amber really did thank god the street lights in Milson park we're broken and it was dark enough for Andi to not notice the deep red on Amber's cheek
Amber wants me to feel better? Andi felt ,confused, to say the least- unfamiliar with this side of Amber.
And still, Andi smiled at the blond beauty, returning a similar, bright green to match the one Amber still had on her light toned face
"Think of a song" she said
"Hmm?" Andi fixed her gaze on Amber
Amber let out a sigh of relief when she sat on a branch and closed her eyes "It's calming, to think of a song while you're here. Normally I'd put on headphones but you're here... So..." she singled for Andi to sit next to her and took her hand "think of a song"
Andi finally let herself calm down, she moved closer to Amber, resting her head on her shoulder. She looked down at Amber's hand, the one interlude with her own, then back up. up ahead of them was a lake, it was pretty neglected, but still shined under the moon hues, then she looked back at Amber
It's like her eyes is sunflowers and her skin is the rays of the sun, it's what Andi tended to say, She always thought Amber was so beautiful.
She did this alot actually.. admiring people from afar, she never thought much of it, she just know how to recognize beautiful people, from inside and out, it always made her feel better, to appreciate art, real, beautiful art.
And Amber really was one of Andi's favorites art to stare at from time to time.
But Andi just didn't thought about that too much
"You're really warm " Andi said, once again, she doesn't think, at all, stupid. Stupid. Andi.
Luckily for her Amber didn't run, nor did she took all of her money, drowned her, denied her existence for eternity, then shame her on the local news, no, none of that
For Andi's surprise she burst into a fit of some of the sweetest and most charming giggles she have ever heard, seconds later followed by her own squeaky annoying chuckles of relief once she was sure Amber was NOT going to kill her
"Are you serious? girl who says that??" She said, trying hardly not to choke on her own words
"I d- don-" Andi couldn't even finish the sentence without cracking up and laughing loudly
