Chapter 18: A Delinquent Idiot Can Make You Spend A Fun Night In Jail!
J E R E M Y (Jeremy's P.O.V.)
Did she seriously just leave me here to rot in jail for one night, alone?
'Yes she did you dumbass. Anyways, that's what you deserve. You got her in this mess.' My inner voice bit back.
"Shut the fuck up!" I growled out loud.
"Well then. I came back for no reason!" I heard a quiet voice.
I turned my head to see Lillian standing there with a smile on her face.
"You came back?" I whispered.
"No shit Sherlock. Of course I came back. It took a little convincing from your mom. But she said I could." She replied, like it was nothing.
"You really came back?" I whispered, yet again.
"Of course Jeremy. We all were part of this. I shouldn't have stayed because as what your mom tells me. You do deserve to stay one day in jail. But, this could be a little bonding session." She smiled.
I shook my head and mentally face palmed myself.
'Get a grip, you idiot.' My inner voice snapped.
'Sometimes I wish I could kill you.' I thought.
'But that means you would have to kill yourself.'
'He made a point.' I thought.
'Of course I do.'
'And now I know how people feel when I act like this.' I thought yet again.
'Shut the hell up and pay attention to the poor girl. I'm guessing she feels that you've become an official lunatic.'
I turned my head and looked at Lillian. And my inner voice was so right. She was looking at me like my brain was peaking out of my head.
I touched the top of my head and let out a sigh.
Thank god! My brain's still there!
Lillian lifted her head and hesitantly tapped my forehead.
