Daddy's Little Girl Has Been Hurt

A/N - This Will Be Continued On From "Mia Confesses" And It Will Show How Mac Deals With What Happened To Mia And How She Deals With It :-)

Mac couldn't believe his little girl had been raped and he had no idea, he had been a CSI for 18 years and he knew a rape victim when he saw one Mac saw a picture of Mia on her 2nd Birthday and smiled

**Flashback**

Claire was anxious to wake her baby up "Mac she's 2 she should be awake" Mac smiled at his wife's enthusiam "Claire let her sleep, she was up til what time last night" Claire rolled her eyes and went to see if Mia was awake, she snuck into her room and saw her asleep she knew Mac told her not to wake her up but she couldn't wait "Mimi wake up princess" Mia didn't want to she wanted sleep "no" "Daddy's doing something funny" Mia looked at her Mommy and put her arms up to indicate she wanted to be puck up, Claire obligied and puck her up, Mac was sitting on the couch when Claire walked in carrying a sleepy Mia "Claire you didn't wake her up" "No" Mac raised and eyebrow and held his arms out for Mia she went to him "Did Mommy wake you?" At Mia's nod Mac smirked at Claire who shrugged "its her birthday she should be awake" Mac rolled his eyes and sat with Mia on his lap and she fell asleep again "Mac, she's gone back to sleep" "Let her sleep then, while she's asleep you can sort her presents out" Claire grinned "ok" Mac looked at Mia sleeping and realised she was one of the best things to happen to him. 2Hours Later Mia woke up on her own "Happy Birthday Princess" Mia looked at her Mom "Where Daddy?" "Daddy at work" " I wants him" "I'm taking you to see him later" Mia grinned she loved being at her Daddy's work

**At Lab**

Stella was sat in Mac's office waiting for the birthday girl to arrive "Stella Claire has taken her out for a bit, she'll be here soon" "Mac its not everyday you first born turns 2" Mac rolled his eyes and got a surprise when Mia came running into his office only she didn't go to him she went to Stella "Happy birthday monkey" Mia grinned and then she saw her Daddy and gave him an evil look "Dada evil" "Why?" He didn't wait me woked up" Stella and Claire laughed "Come here monkey" Mia reluctantly went over to him "why didn't you woked me up?" " I had to come to work" "but I is twos now" Mac smiled " I know princess and I've got you a special present coming". Mia grinned at that "can I stay here with yous?" "I'm sorry you can't" "but I is miss you" Mia started crying as she wanted her Daddy, "Claire? Take her I'll be back in about an hour and then me and Mia will play with her presents" "no I want stay with you" Claire went over and puck Mia up who then started screaming to stay with Mac "Wow anyone would think she's a Daddy's girl" "she is" Claire said once she got Mia strapped in her stroller and she fell asleep "see Claire that's you waking her up early" Claire grinned at him "OK OK you were right I shouldn't have woke her" "see you later Claire" "Bye Stella, Mac? I'm holding you to your promise to play with her" Mac smirked at his wife "Bye Claire"

**End Flashback**

Mia was sat on the roof of the crimelab when Stella came up "this used to be my faviroute spot" Mia quickly stood "hey its OK I'm not gonna hurt you" "that's what he said" Stella knew this was hard for her to talk about "when who said what?" "Him! The one who ra raped me" "what was his name?" "Andrew something" "what did he look like?" "Tall, dark hair and a bit tanned" Stella looked sad for Mia as she knew this must have been hard for her to talk about "do you remember what happened?" "No I hit my head and blacked out" "OK, do you think if you got with Flack and looked through a database you might recognise him?" "Not with Flack" "OK Me or Jo?" "Both of you" Stella nodded "OK".

Mac had received a text from Stella and he knew Mia was going through databases to find the man who raped her and when he found out who it was he was going to kill him.
