Grief Return

Prologue~

Class 1-A was sent out on a mission to capture a group of villains who've been on the run for awhile now. They managed to find them robbing a bank. They fought long and hard, but, couldn't handle them my themselves. Izuku and Tenya left to get backup. That's brings us to now.

"HAHAHA! You call yourselves heroes? Pathetic! HAHA!"

"SHADDUP!" Katsuki yelled, setting off explosions as he launched himself forwards.

He punched two of the guys in the face, sending them backwards. He turned to a third before they activated their quirk. Katsuki felt his heart throb as he dropped to his knees, staring at the ground with wide eyes. Tears welled in his eyes as his body shook.

"HA! How do you like my quirk? It's called Grief! You'll feel the pain I've felt for 30 years!" They turned to everyone else, holding his arm out to them. "How about you have a taste of it. Feel my pain!"

He used his quirk on all the heroes in-training, sending them all into a state of grief. One by one they all collapsed, feeling the pain of dread hang over their shoulders. Finally, Izuku, Tenya and a bunch of other heroes made their way over, seeing the state everyone was in. Without thinking, Izuku charged up One for All at 5% and sped over to the villain, arm raised high.

"W-wait...! D-don't go-!"

"Too late!"

The villain activated his quirk, hitting Izuku directly. Izuku froze where he was, seemingly motionless. As the villain let out a cold, heartily cackle, Izuku's head snapped up. He punched the villain in the jaw, knocking them down.

"You don't know the meaning of true pain..." Izuku murmured before walking off to help pedestrians as the pro heroes restrained the villains.

"W-what?! But how?! How has a kid felt more pain then me! What kind of sh*t has he been through?!"

The heroes in-training all stood up and turned to their friend who wore his usual cheery smile. One thought lingered in their minds as they stared over at their friend.

'What happened to him?'
