Lauren's POV

Five months later

"Mommy, can we cuddle?" Oliver asked, climbing onto the couch beside me. He looked up at me with his puppy-dog eyes.

Smiling softly, I pulled him onto my lap and held him close. "Of course baby."

He smiled at me and buried his head in my chest. "I love you mommy." He whispered.

"I love you too baby." I said softly, rubbing his back.

"Please don't leave me. Don't go anywhere." He whispered, nuzzling his head into my chest.

I frowned and held him closer. "I'm not going anywhere baby."

He nodded, gripping onto my shirt tightly.

I held him until he fell asleep.

"Hey, do you want me to take him?" Camila asked, walking into the room carrying Keyama.

I shook my head. "It's okay. He's feeling very fragile today, probably best not to disrupt him." I said softly, giving her a small, shy smile.

Smiling back, she leaned down and kissed my head. "Can't believe it's been five months and now there is a one month old and a two month old in the house."

"I know. It's a very busy house, with the four dogs and all the kids running around." I laughed softly, running my fingers through Oliver's hair.

Laughing softly, she sat down beside me and wrapped an arm around my waist. "Yeah, but it's worth it."

"Yeah." I breathed, leaning against her. I adjusted Oliver on my lap, being careful not to wake him.

Keyama shifts in her arms and lets out a soft coo.

"Mani's asleep finally." Camila said with a soft sigh.

Normani has been struggling with things since she had Keyama, and her emotions have been all over the place.

I nodded. "Maybe she should go to the doctors, get something to settle her emotions." I sighed softly.

"You know she won't do it." Camila said with a sigh, laying her head against mine.

"She needs to, her emotions are all out of whack." I said. "They get the better of her."

Camila sighs and holds me closer. "I know, but she's going to fight it."

I sighed. "She'll just have to get used to it." I mumbled.

Keyama suddenly starts crying quietly, kicking her feet.

"Shh." Camila cooed in her ear, softly, holding Keyama close and rubbing her back softly. She was so small.

I bite my lip to hold in a giggle when Keyama begins nuzzling her face against Camila's chest, still crying.

Camila rubbed her back softly.

"I think she's hungry." I said softly.

Her eyes widen as she lifts Keyama up and looks at me. "Um, I don't have any milk."

Keyama cries louder, her cry really wasn't that loud.

"Don't look at me. I don't have any." I said. "Isn't there some in the fridge?" I said.

Shaking her head, Camila took a deep breath. "We used the last bottle two hours ago."

Dinah walks into the living room and lays Jace in his bassinet. "Um, I think she's hungry."

Camila nodded. "Do you mind feeding her? Lauren and I can't exactly do it and there is no milk left in the fridge and I don't want to wake Mani, she's exhausted." Camila said softly.
