Today is Thanksgiving. I went over to Holly's house and hung out with her family and Ivy.

It was a lot of fun, but there were SO. MANY. PEOPLE. Holly has a huge family and a small-ish house so it was very crowded. And loud. Too loud for me, to be honest. I was just waiting to get home and sit down by my fireplace with one of my Christmas Romances. Anyway, Thanksgiving at Holly's is not what you'd expect. There is a lot of food, but even after the meal, people are still doing things. At my house we usually sit around and talk or watch a movie, but at Holly's house after the meal they have a series or activities. I joined in some of them but only because Holly forced me to. Some of the activities include: pie making, karaoke, football, bingo and so much more. By the end of the night I was exhausted but Holly wanted Ivy and me to spend the night at her house. I called my mom and asked her to bring my stuff (and my books) and then everyone left. Holly wanted to play for more games, but Ivy and I basically said we would kill her if she made us, so we just sat on her couch, talked, and watched Elf. There was some major tension between Holly and Ivy and I SO wanted the tea, so while Holly was sleeping, I asked Ivy about it.

Ivy's POV
It's Thanksgiving again and I've already agreed to go to Holly's. It's been super tense between us since the incident with Ben and her taking my phone. I'm making way too much of a deal out of this. Well actually now I'm not sure. It started out with me keeping a secret from Holly that I like Broadway, but now I'm practically in love with someone she loathes. And she like everyone so that's saying something. I'll probably just shove it aside and at least try to be happy. I wore a black sweater with a white and black skirt and high black boots.

I don't do "festive." I got to Holly's and her family invited wayyy more people than last year. Rosie was there too which made me very happy. I remember the "Winter Family Tradition" of causing as much chaos as possible after the Thanksgiving meal, so as soon as I was done eating, I hid in the bathroom. Holly obviously found me within 5 minutes and begged me to play bingo with her. I did, but I hated every minute of it. I was really surprised, though, because Holly forced Rosie to do karaoke, and she actually did it! She sang "Mary Did You Know" and she sounded amazing. She got huge applause. After everyone left, Holly had her annual sleepover except this year she invited Rosie too. We watched Elf (again) and talked for a while. Holly fell asleep after the movie and, just when I thought it was safe to pull out my Pinterest, Rosie asked me for the tea. I trusted her to keep my secrets, so I told her. She promised not to tell Holly, but we both knew she would find out somehow.

It's THANKSGIVINGGGGGGG!!! That means only 28 days until Christmas!!! I'm sooo excited! I wore a red sweater with a red and green scarf.

Ivy and Rosie are coming came over too! Every year my family has to outdo themselves with Thanksgiving festivities. Last year about 60 people came to Thanksgiving. This year 100 people are came! We had so much fun with the games! I found Ivy hiding in the bathroom (again) but I pulled her out and we played bingo. Rosie also did some karaoke and it was so goooood!!!! When everyone left Ivy and Rosie stayed over and we had so much fun! We talked and watched Elf which is a major tradition. I was half asleep after the movie, and I heard Ivy and Rosie whispering about something. I was too tired to ask though. I can't wait for December!!!
