Rosita Andres:

Young Georgie and his brother Bill were in the living room making a paper boat together. How did Rosita know this? She was told by Bill through her walkie-talkie, Rose has had this walkie-talkie sense, well forever.

Rose was put in charge of watching  Georgie while he was playing outside in the rain since everyone was worried about there kids going missing, don't get me wrong I think the curfew is a good thing but the adults get annoying after the first five times they remind you.

The Denbroughs trust Rose with there son because they've known her since she was little, so Her and Bill have been friends since they were one year old, that's a long time to be someone's friend.

Rose was waiting patiently outside the Denbroughs house in the freezing rain, Rose was spinning the ruby red umbrella that matched Georgie's galoshes.

Soon after the rain seemed to get colder and pour harder Georgie ran outside splashing through seemingly every puddle on the sidewalk. Once he reached where the sidewalk stopped at the curb, he turned around to face the house and stuck his arm out and waved it widely above him.

Georgie then bent over and placed his boat in the inch of water next to the curb, the boat quickly picked up speed and Georgie ran after not paying attention to anything but the little paper boat.  Rose slowly followed Georgie down the street, she stayed close enough to him where she wasn't that worried about his safety.

Georgie was so focused on the boat that he didn't notice the roadblock in front of him, Georgie crashed into the roadblock at full force knocking him down onto his back.  Rose ran over to him worried about him, but he just got back up and continued chasing the little wax paper boat.  Somehow Rosita couldn't keep up with Georgie's quick pace.

Suddenly Georgie crouched down next to the storm drain, maybe his boat fell down there. Rose was too far away to tell what exactly was happening, she slowly walked behind Georgie so she could try to see what was happening.

That's when she first saw him, deep yellow eyes in the darkness.  She wanted to do something but she couldn't, she was frozen in place, stuck like glue.  She tried to yell for help but no sound came out of her mouth, the yellow eyes stared straight at her or so she thought.  She broke the gaze that the eyes held, but when she looked back again she found that the eyes were owned by a clown with bright orange hair and light pale skin.

The clown was talking to Georgie like they were old friends who came across each other at the supermarket.  Out of seemingly nowhere, Georgie started leaning forward and reaching his hand into the drain, almost like he was trying to pick something up.  This weird action continued into an ear piercing scream ripped through the freezing air, Rose still frozen in fear stood silent and still as the horrific scene played out in front of her.

Georgie Crawled backward, blood gushing out of where his arm used to be.  Georgie continued to crawl backward, towards me reaching out to me with his good arm, crying out in obvious pain.  I tried grabbing his good hand but it was too late, the monstrous clown dragged him by the legs back into the sewer drain.

I didn't know what else do but run, run back to my house and into the dining room where my parents where waiting for me.
