Bucky gave the costumer in front of him a tired smile as he handed her her change and groceries. Once she was gone, he let loose a sigh, closing his register for tonight since it was also 10p.m and he had to get home. It was Christmas Eve, and he was working in his father's store, since he really had nothing better to do. Snow had begun to fall softly outside, and Bucky watched in pure amazement. He had always loved the snow, especially as a kid. If it wasn't so brutally cold, he would live in snow.

He was snapped out of his snow-filled trance when he heard a roarng engine. The snow had started falling faster, whirling wildly in the air, making it hard to see anything. Suddenly, headlights washed over the pristine snow and the front of the store. Bucky watched as the driver parked and rushed out the car, nearly falling face first in the snow before catching himself. Bucky giggled but quickly recovered as the person opened the door, his shoes spreading snow around the shiny floor.

The stranger removed his hood from his head, and Bucky's jaw dropped. He was gorgeous, with spiked jet black hair (if you watched 'Not another teen movie' you would know where the black hair came from), sky crystal blue eyes, pink plump lips that were slightly parted as he surveyed the store. His huge eyes finally landed on Bucky, and he smiled. Bucky's heart thumped insanely in his chest as the stunning stranger walking over to him, his body surprisingly graceful for being so big.

"Oh my god hi do you sell wrapping paper? I had to drive wayy out here because of other stores closing early and I forgot to get some." He smiled shyly, his thick fingers tapping against the steel counter in a nervous manner. Bucky struggled to find his voice, which had suddenly dissipated.

"Y-yes we do, I'll show you," Bucky stammered as he came from around the counter to show him where the wrapping paper was. He could hear the customer behind him, steps sounding heavy and hurried. A few seconds later, they have arrived at the shelf where the wrapping paper was located.

"Well um I'll be at the front if you need anything else," Bucky asserted, scratching the back of his neck as he turned to go. A exclamation of "Wait!" brought him to a halt, and he turned on the tip of his foot to look back at the alluring stranger.

"I figured I could ask your opinion on the wrapping papers, like which one I should pick." Steve gave a bashful grin, his pasty cheeks now splashed with a glowing rose color. Bucky's heart flipped over and over at the pleasant site as he sauntered back over to him. Bucky watched as Steve's fingers tapped against each tube of wrapping paper, his fingers finally curling around one with reindeers strewn about and a bright red background.

"What about this one? Looks pretty cute to me." Bucky could have swore he heard him mutter "Like you", but he shook the thought out of his head, dismissing it as a misunderstanding, and examined the paper more closely.

"Eh, the reindeers look high and it's overall corny," Bucky concluded, looking straight in the stranger's dreamy eyes. Steve scoffed. "Wow, but atleast you were honest." Steve put the wrapping paper back on the shelf.

"Well, why don't you pick for me? You clearly know what you're talking about," Steve suggested, his eyes twinkling with something Bucky couldn't quite place. Bucky rolled his eyes in disbelief, chuckling at the stranger's insinuation.

"I'm no expert but yeah I might have better sense of style than you. Also, what is the point of wrapping gifts? The paper's just going to get ripped off within a matter of seconds, and it took 20 minutes to put it on there. In my family, we just give each other presents, not wrap-"

"Wait, you don't get your presents wrapped!?" The shopper feigned shock, placing his enormous hand over his chest, his perfect lips formed into the shape of a cheerio. "You've just commited a Christmas sin, mister!" Steve's scolding tone didn't last for long as he leaned back, clutching his left boob as he laughed. Bucky couldn't help the smile that stretched over his face, and a boisterous laugh erupted from his mouth.

"I mean, unwrapped presents kinda defeats the purpose of Christmas. The magic and wonder of it all," Steve pointed out while wiping stray tears from the corners of his eyes.

Bucky nodded his head thoughtfully. "I presume you're right. I just never thought about it before like that." The stranger muttered a mhm and pulled another tube of wrapping paper of the shelf.

"How about this one?" He held out a silver and white striped with red background wrapping paper tube. "This one is perfect," Bucky exclaimed, watching as the strangers eyes lit up with gladness.

"Guess I'll get this one then. Thanks for helping me." Bucky muttered a 'No problem,' disappointed that their delightful encounter was coming to a end. Him and the customer strolled back up the aisles toward the register in silence, casually glancing at each other.

Bucky made it behind the counter as Steve placed his item on it. Bucky swiped the barcode with his scanner, and read the price out to the customer. He dug in his pockets, and pulled a $10 dollar bill out, placing it in Bucky's hand. Along with a mini piece of paper. Bucky, confused, looked at the paper more closely. It had numbers on it....Bucky looked back up at the charismatic teen, unable to stop the grin that spread across his face.

"Merry Christmas cutie. Call me. And the name's Steve," he said with a mischievous wink before sweeping out the door. Once Steve was completely out of site, Bucky did a excited little victory dance, realizing that this was the best unwrapped present he's ever gotten.
