"Thank you," They replied as the took more pizza."Don't eat too much, or you'll make yourself sick," Tim said with a warning look.
"We won't," they said with a smile on their faces.
"Lay down and get some sleep," Tim told the girls, after everyone finished eating.
Tim and Angie began to put boxes in the back of both trucks, while the kid's where asleep. Angie was packing the last stuff into a box, while Tim started loading the trucks. Tim's truck was a black Ford and was being loaded first and then Angie's would be loaded next.
Angie finished packing the last box, and started carrying boxes out to Tim to load the trucks. Tim and Angie knew it was going to be a long night with no sleep, but they knew it had to be done because they where only renting the house. It was 2 am in the morning when they got the trucks loaded and they were worn out. They decided to go inside and lay down with the kids, to get some sleep.
The next morning Taylor and Summer had woke up and decided to wake up there parents, even though they knew they had been up late. They didn't know how late, but Taylor went over to wake her dad, while Summer went over to wake her mom. It was hard to get them to wake up, so the girls decided to walk to the little fast food place, after taking 10 dollars from their mom's wallet.
So the girls both opened the front door and went out and closed it slowly not to wake them up. Taylor and Summer walked down the road about 2 miles to reach the little restaurant. It was yellow with white trim and they stepped inside, walking up to the counter to order some food to go.
They ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, 4 hash browns and 4 milks to go. As they waited they saw a pinball machine and went over to play it while waiting on the order they had placed. Taylor and Summer had finished there game and headed to the counter to get the food. After they got the food they stepped out the front door and headed home.
They where on the way home when a car passing by stopped. "Do you need a ride?" He asked them with a smile.
Taylor and Summer didn't know this man and looked at him with fear. " No thanks, " They said and hurried down the road. When they got closer to the house, they knew they would be safe and hurried to the house.
They walked to their front door, opened it slowly and stepped inside, thinking their parents where still asleep.
" You know better then going out without one of us!" Angie said in a loud voice.
" What where you two thinking? " Tim asked as he shook his head.
" We tried to wake you both but couldn't, " they said with a frowns on their faces.
" That's isn't an excuse, " Tim said with a deep voice.
Taylor and Summer looked at their parents with a sad expression. "You do so much for us, we thought we could do something for both of you, " They said as tears filled there eyes.
Angie and Tim could not stand being mad at them, but couldn't let them get away with it either. Taylor and Summer handed there parents each a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and a milk.
They all sat down to eat and when they were all finished, the girls took the garbage to the trash can. Angie and Tim made sure they didn't leave anything behind. When the girls came back into the house.
"We're ready to go," Tim said to the rest of the family.
" Yes we are, but don't forget to put the key under the front door matt," Angie said as a reminder.
Angie and the kid's headed out to the trucks, while Tim had closed the door behind him, locked it and slipped the key under the matt.
Tim and Taylor was going in one truck, while Angie and Summer was going in the other. Angie and Tim both knew where they where going and they where not to worried to much about following each other.
They also had their cell phones to keep in touch when they needed to, so they started the trucks and drove down the driveway, headed to town for gas before leaving.
Angie pulled into a Philips gas station and pulled to the pumps. Tim pulled in beside her on the right side of the pumps. While Tim was keeping a eye on the pumps, Angie and the girls went inside to get some stuff for them.
When they got to the counter to pay for the gas and Angie paid for it all. They headed back to the trucks and Angie handed her husband Tim one of the bags, while she took the other bag of food.
They pulled out of the gas station and back on the road, starting there long trip. A few hours down the road, they stopped at a rest stop to take a break and use the bathrooms, they had to wait for the girls.
"We need to figure out how much longer we have to go," Angie said with a raised brow.
Tim checked his phone for the route they where taking. " It says 4 more hours until we get there, " Tim said and returned his phone to his pocket.
" OK, but we'll have to stop somewhere to get something to eat for the girls, " Angie said.
" OK sweety," Tim said with a smile.
When the girls came out of the bathroom, they all loaded back up and pulled out of the rest stop. An hour down the road there was a exit saying food and gas next exit.
So they turned off at that exit and drove over to a restaurant. The building was blue with white trim and galas door lead inside. They both pulled into a parking spot, then opened the doors and got out of the trucks.
They locked the trucks and walked to the front door of the restaurant. Tim opened the door, they walked in and waited to be seated. It wasn't long before they where taken to be seated and asked what they would like to drink.
" 2 large tea's and 2 small sodas, " Tim said to the waitress.
"OK, I'll be right back," She said as she went to get the drinks.
When the waitress came back, she set the drinks on the table and took out her pad. " Are you ready to order?" She asked with a smile.
" Yes, we would like 2 grill cheese sandwiches and 2 tuna melts, " Tim said with a smile. She wrote the order down and went to put the order in, while they waited.
Taylor and Summer saw a pacman game and looked at their parents. " Can we go play the game? " They asked with pleading eyes. Tim let out a sigh and gave them 50 cents to go play the game.
" Thanks daddy," They said and ran over there to play while their parents sat looking out the restaurant window. The waitress had walked over to the table and sat the food down, when the girls came running back to the table.
" No running, " Tim said to the girls
