When they got to the trucks, they got in and headed out of the parking lot, getting back on the road. They knew it was not too much longer before they got to the cabin and hoped it would end soon.Tyler and Summer were starting to drive their parents crazy, because they could never sit still on a long drivers.
They were going to stop at the last gas station coming up to get gas and stretch their legs. There was a store next door to the station, so Angie headed to the store while Tim filled the trucks with gas.
When Tim finished pumping the gas, he went inside to pay for the gas and get two bags of ice for the ice chest, to keep the food cold.
Tim went out to the trucks to wait for them to get back with the food. Angie and the girls went in and started shopping for hamburger, chicken, pork chops and other meat products.
They also got bread, bagels, cereal, mac & cheese, pasta noodles and hygiene products.Angie and the girls went to the register to pay for everything, but stopped short as she remembered that she didn't get milk, tea bags, soda and orange juice.
Angie told the girls to go get the things she forgot and bring them back to her.
Taylor and Summer came back with everything their mom told them to get and Angie paid for the stuff in the second shopping cart.
After Angie had everything paid, the girls pushed one cart while Angie pushed the other to the trucks, to be put in the ice chest.
When Tim had everything in the ice chest, he poured the ice over the food and shut the lids. They all got back in the trucks and headed to their house, they where happy to have this trip done.
When they arrived at their house, they pulled up and got out of the trucks. They unlocked the door and went inside their new home.

The whole family chipped in to bring the stuff into the cabin, because it was getting dark. While Angie and the girls finished unloading and unpacking, Tim was out side chopping wood with his axe.
As soon as they got everything in from the trucks, it started to snow and Tim finally got enough logs cut for a few days of warmth.
Tim went back inside, he put a log in the fireplace and crumpled up some news paper. He struck a match on the fireplace, flicking it inside and watched as the paper caught on fire.
After Tim got the fire going he then helped his wife finish unpacking, Angie put the food away in the refrigerator and started heating up some water to make hot chocolate for all of them.
When the hot chocolate was ready she put it on a tray, with the marshmallows and took them into the living room.
Angie set them on the coffee table, as Tim handed the two girls there hot chocolate and let them put there own marshmallows.
Angie went into the bedroom to tell Tim that the hot chocolate was ready, returning to the other room to sit with the girls and listen to the radio that they brought with them.
Tim came into the living room where the rest of the family was and sat down to drink some hot chocolate. Angie heard a little wind outside the window and looked out at the snow.
She just remembered that they didn't lock the trucks, she put on her jacket and went to the front door. She started to open the door and Taylor came up to her, wanting to go out with her.
" You can't come with me this time, " Angie said as she shook her head.
Taylor looked at her mom, with a sad look on her face and went back to where the others sat. Taylor wasn't happy at all, because she wanted to go outside with her mom.
Angie went out the front door and closed it behind her, as she walked over to the first truck and locked it up tight.
Then she went to her husbands truck to lock it up tight and as she looked around the place, she saw they where defiantly going to get snow this evening.
She headed back to the cabin door and stomped her feet before going in to the cabin. Angie went inside and took her jacket off at the front door.
She went back to the living room and sat down. " It looks like snow, " Angie told her husband. She went to get some blankets to have in the living room for the girls to put around them.
