Snow Storm

CHAPTER 4

Tim got up and went to go get the checkers for the girls to play, while he and Angie got the rest of the stuff unpacked.

Angie and Tim finished unpacking, then noticed it was 9 pm and needed to fix something for dinner.

Angie decided to make ham sandwiches with chips for dinner, because her and her husband Tim was just to tiered from the move and just wanted to take a shower and relax.

" Go get your PJ's and take a shower and Summer your next, " Tim said to the girls.

"I want a bubble bath," Taylor said with a pout on her face.

" I want one too, " Summer said as she folded her arms.

" Nooo way," Angie said as she shook her head.

" Why not? " Tim asked with a raised brow.

" Yea why not?" The girls said in unison.

" After what happened the last time, " Angie said with a sigh.

" OK, I'll put the bubble bath in, " Tim said with a smile.

The girls were happy that they can have a bubble bath, they giggled with glee.

" It's all on you if it happens again," Angie said with a stern look on her face.

Angie went into the living room, sat down and turned on the TV, to watch the news. Tim finally got them both into the tub, he came into the living room and sat down on the couch next to his wife, to watch the news too.

While the whether was on a commercial, Angie went to get the sandwiches made with chips and cool aid before they got out of the bath.

Tim came into the kitchen to help by getting the drink and the cups. When the girls got out of their bath, they came straight to the kitchen table and sat down.

Tim went to get a shower and to make sure they didn't destroy the bathroom. When Tim got in there, it wasn't as bad as he had thought it would be.

Angie checked on the girls, who had already finished there food. " It's time for bed," Angie said with a stern look.

Both girls had a frown on their faces and didn't want to go to bed. Tim had finished his shower and got dressed, leaving the bathroom so his wife could get hers.

While his wife took her shower, Tim went to make sure the girls were in bed for the night. When he opened the door to their bedroom, he saw them playing around instead.

" Get in bed and go to sleep, " Tim said with a stern voice.

Taylor and Summer knew he meant what he said to them, they got into bed and covered up with the sheet and blanket. They closed there eyes and fell fast asleep.

Angie finished her shower and started getting dressed, when she was done, she came out of the bathroom and went to the kitchen to get two hot Toddy's.

Angie then went to the living room and set them on the coffee table, one in front of her and the other in front of Tim.

"Your welcome," Angie said as she picked up hers.

They sat watching a movie on TV called ghost and cuddled up to each other, when they felt a little colder then earlier today.

Tim got up and walked over to the door, putting on his coat to go out and get more logs for the fireplace.

Tim had brought a couple more to make sure there would be enough to last the night. After he set the logs down beside the fireplace, he put one on the fire.

Tim went back to the door to take his coat off, before going back in to sit on the couch and finished watching the movie.

Two hours later the movie ended, Tim and Angie turned the TV off and walked towards there room.

Tim and Angie stopped off to there kids room to make sure they where asleep and went to there bed room afterwards and lie there heads down on the pillow and was fast asleep.

Early the next morning Tim woke up to it being really cold, compared to last night. He got up and walked out of the bedroom to see if the fire went out in the fireplace.

When he got out there he saw that the wood was smoldering in the fireplace, Tim then used the poker to get the fire coal's going so he could put another log on there.

He was glad it started back up from the coal's, so he could head back to bed. Tim walked back to his bedroom and lie his head back down on the pillow and fell back to sleep.
