Chapter 3

Dashyte's P.O.V

Raki: "Are you sure about this?"

: "Why wouldn't i be? It's a simple plan."

Raki mumbled to himself: "Yeah, a plan to get us all killed."

I smacked him over the head: "I heard that."

Bedai somewhat quietly asked: "Um, arn't we getting close to the location?"

His sister Taki nodded: "Yeah, we should probably stop yelling at each other."

: "I wasn't yelling.." I could hear my brother sigh behind me as we ran through the trees. "Fine, fine. Sorry."

Crystal's P.O.V

Laying on my back looking up at the sky from the top of the Kazekage building, I sighed: "Hi, Kya."

The smoke cleared, my old friend having given up on her hiding spot, Kya crossed her arms: "How'd you know it was me?"

Shrugging: "I've just always known when you were trying to sneek up on me."

Kya sat down with a hmpf: "I still think your cheating somehow."

sitting up, i looked down at her: "Were ninja's Kya, there's a thing called skill."

Kya waved her hand at me: "Oh shut up....." She looked around the roof a bit. "Now where's your husband?"

Sand slowly swirled beside me: "He'll be right behind me in just a second." Leaning my head back. "Hi teddy bear."

Gaara had his arms crossed a slight glare in his eye: "I sensed someone else up here with you."

: "You would be correct. Kya decided to drop by for a visit."

Kya waved, but quickly turned serious: "That is only partly true. You know about what's been going on along the border correct?" We bother nodded. "I may have some troubling news. Whoever you sent out there, some of them might not be coming back."

Raki's P.O.V

Taki: "Kuso! These guys just won't let up!"

Bedai jumped in front of her: "Earth style, Jagged attack!" Large pointed spikes rose from the ground and launched at the men in front of them.

Taki: "Water style, Cyclone!" A large spiraling tower of water headed for the ones that had survived.

My sister who was holding one of the rouge's in a choke hold cheered: "Yeah! Way to go you two!"

Bedai smiled at her: "It be a shame to disappoint you." He wove some more hand signs. "Earth style, Mud Dragon!"

The ground around us began to rumble as the dirt in front of Bedai started to sink turning into mud. His sister scrambled back out of the way when the dragon's head started to rise up.

Dashyte: "Well shit," I looked over at her, she had a nervous smile tugging at her lips. "Were right in the way of that."

Looking back up at the dragon as it continued to rise, i cursed: "Kuso your right."

As the dragon roared, spraying dirt clods everywhere, i lunged for Dashyte hooking my arm around her waist and jumped into the trees right as the dragon came crashing into the ground. Taki landed beside me on the branch, her brother right beside her.

Bedai was smirking: "How was that, huh?"

: "Great, except you about took us out with it."

Bedai: "Well i thought you guys would know to get out of the way."

Dashyte threw a rock bouncing it off Bedai's head: "A little warning next time would be helpful!! Baka."

Bedai was rubbing the spot where my sister's rock had connected: "Ow, that hurt."

Taki rolled her eyes and sighed: "Anyway! I think were just about done here. Don't you think Raki?"

: "Huh, uh yeah." I quickly looked away trying to hide the heat rushing to my cheeks.

Dashyte: "Then let's make a quick check. I feel like visiting the leaf." She jumped down landing silently on the sand.

Taki clapped her hands: "Oh the leaf, i haven't been there in forever! It would be so nice to see some old friends!"

Dashyte called up to her from the ground: "Then hurry it up! I don't want to be the only one making sure all these guys are dead!"

Taki quickly jumped down form her spot: "Coming!"

Bedai leaned over a bit to whisper: "Your sister has some issues." I watched as my sister made sure each rouge was dead by stabbing their throats. "Very um,..."

I answered for him: "Deadly, maybe a bit crazy? Yeah, but when you think about it aren't we all? This world we live in, it's filled with blood and death, but it's also filled with life and happiness. You just gotta sort it out and find the better..."

Dashyte: "Come on you two!! Don't make me come up there!"

Both Bedai and I quickly traded our spots on the branch for ones on the ground as we kinda fell: "Coming!!"
