previously:
'today is... sheesh today is something else' all four of them thought.
and they were right. each couple was oblivious to what their boyfriend or in this case girlfriend was up too. but they all could careless. the pairings they believed were right felt so wrong.
but no one had the balls to say anything. so they lay low, until eventually the cat comes out the bag. and for them, the cat is gonna be big.
a/n okay this chapters going to be in nobody's pov, all the characters thoughts will be included.
<nobody's pov>
tae has been following jin around for the entire day (whenever they had classes together). after their little confirmation in the lunch room, jin has been giving tae the silent treatment. it was all back to square one at this point.
tae didn't want to give up. not when his feelings were so clear, he needed to keep jin by his side. he couldn't and wouldn't get rid of jin. not like high school. he didn't care about sunhee anymore. he wanted her away, and fully regrets choosing her over jin.
how could he be so blind ( a/n look at me! i'm worldwide handsome, okay i'll go) he wants to break up with sunhee, but if he does what difference would it make? jin and jay are dating and as far as he can see, jin seems to be focused on that relationship.
whenever the four (sunhee jay jin and tae) would have a class together the seats were chosen by the students. and oddly jay and sunhee would sit close to each other. which confused jin, but brushed it off as them becoming friends. and boy what a friendship that is turning into.
sunhee is still playing footsie with the guy and no one has noticed. she's done it before in high school before meeting tae. she's skilled at that, making it unnoticeable. jay has been doing the same holding her waist time to time. making sure non of the people they know see of course.
it's almost time to leave, about 15 minutes left of class. tae and jin are dissecting a frog. before they fought they chose to be science partners (to get closer). it was kind of awkward, but jin kept it professional and only talked to taehyung when the topic was about sciences and/or the frog.
taehyung was getting annoyed that jin was ignoring him (again). the professor left the class to use the bathroom so it was the perfect to time to talk about it. "look jin i'm sorry if i offended you, i was just.." taehyung thought about what to say. there really isn't a way to tell the reason why he did what he did, not without saying he still has feelings for the other.
"just, i was just worried for you. i don't want to see you hurt." he finally said. jin looked at him with a glare. "and why the hell do you care if i get hurt or not. you sure didn't in high school" he fired back. taehyung was taken aback by the sudden response. he was getting really annoyed by jins attitude. he found this entire argument childish. though he did start it he was sure to end it.
"come on jin i said i was sorry. for both things. can we just grow up and forget this. we're in college now!" he whisper shouted to him earning some gazes from the class. he only smiled but glared afterwards making them turn away. jin scoffed "fine." and turned back to his notebook.
tae wasn't satisfied and grabbed the scalpel and stabbed the frog in the stomach. jin jumped and the sudden thud and the way tae glared at him sent shivers down his spine. the entire was looking at him as he packed his bags and stormed out of the room. jin only watched him leave the room and go passed the professor.
