34. Searching Lower City

We all looked at each other and shrugged. Then walked out of the alley way, a quick glace back indicated the door has been bound to our guild, it had our symbol above it. Ral and the other return to the guild and I don’t know what they did after that, I decided I would try looking for the impossible, and I had a good idea how to find it <I give you myself so that we may find the guildless door because you are guildless> Coventeena started walked and I looked though her eyes, it was like everything was made of the same black as space and covered in stars it was an amazing sight <wow> I could see the way the electricity flowed through the power lines, I could see the tiny explosions that pushed the pistons in all the cars <is your vision always like this?> Coventeena nodded and walked down an alley way we could see was empty then I felt a surge of magic run though me and I felt my body change. I took back control of my head for a second and looked down at myself, I was a female night elf again and then I gave Coventeena back her head control <is our magic different in this form?> Coventeena nodded <its more flexible but in the way of raw power like your fire or ice it’s not as strong> Coventeena stepped out of the alley way and looked around.

Coventeena spend the rest of the day walking around the lower city looking for the guildless door. When night reached us, she walked into another empty alley way and I felt a surge of magic though my body again as my body took shape again <I am done for today> she said. I nodded <ok, same motel as last night?> she nodded <sounds good> I walked to the motel that we were starting to come to know very well and got a different room this time. This time when we walked into the room I was greeted with a queen bed instead of a single, and due to how well I made the room easy to tidy up the last few times I was here got it for the price of a single. I sat down on the bed and put my bag next to the bed side. I looked at the bathroom and decided I would have a shower later.

After making a cup of tea and watching a double episode Get Smart and M.A.S.H. on TV and also discovered Coventeena had thoroughly enjoyed the shows having never been able to see a TV’s picture before. I laid down on the bed and looked at the clock eight thirty, I decided I would have a shower at nine and closed my eyes, a few seconds later I felt someone touch me and I went to spring up but someone was holding my down with a hand on my chest, I looked around and saw Coventeena lying next to me with her hand playing with my shirt buttons, I dropped my head back on my pillow “you scared the crap out of me” she tilted her head “oh? Sorry about that, and I know what you’re thinking, you have been thinking it all day” I nodded “I’m not surprised and I’m sure I finally concluded it was impossible” Coventeena smiled “it was while we were one, well we still are in a way” and as if to prove her words true she tapped me on the forehead causing me to blink and I discovered during that blink my clothes had vanished and so had hers “I can now see and  feel like a human due to our connection and I have seen humans do this before, they really seemed to enjoy it, and after all the new things I have seen, I want to know, to feel, to experience being human in all its forms” I wanted to say no, but how could I, I had been wanting this all day and so I sat up and kissed her and she kissed me back and things just snowballed from there (sorry people skipping out of details because there might be under 18’s reading this)
