Hayley had gone off to get some loving so me and Lia watched some DVDs and got some cheap ice cream from a nearby shop. When the third DVD was finished, I yawned and stretched. “So are you ready to talk now?” Lia asked. “I’ve been talking all night Lia.” I replied trying to act oblivious as to what she was saying.

“You know what I mean. What happened with you and Marcus?” She asked. “I fucking ruined it.” I moaned. “What do you mean?” She enquired, her face looking slightly worried. “I tried to get further than kissing with Marcus and he rejected me. Then I freaked out and kinda accused him of not wanting me because I’m a victim of rape.” I explained in a rush.

“You don’t actually believe that do you sweetie?” She asked softly. “I hadn’t ever thought about it before. I know that Marcus respects me and doesn’t want to rush me but when he rejected, I began to wonder what if that’s the reason? Stefan dumped me like I was rubbish so maybe Marcus doesn’t want to get physically involved with that.” I told her quietly.

“I’ve never heard anything more stupid in my life.” Lia told me. “He really cares for you. I bet he has thought of going further but doesn’t want to be seen like Stefan.” She continued. “I would never see him like Stefan though.” I protested. “Well you need to reassure him of that.” She told me.

“I’ll go see him in the morning.” I announced. “Why wait? Just go and see him now.” Lia replied. What if he’s asleep and I wake him up? He’ll probably get even more pissed off... but if I leave it, he might think I’m really angry with him. “Okay I’ll be right back. Don’t fall asleep; we still need to talk to Jess.” I told her and she waved a hand in dismissal.

I ran up the stairs to our room and opened the door. Alex was sleeping on Marcus’ bed and snoring with his mouth wide open. Why is he on Marcus’ bed? I looked over and saw Marcus staring at the ceiling. “Are you okay?” I whispered and he jumped. I giggled slightly and watched as he got off from the bed and walked over to me.

“What are you doing here Vanessa?” He whispered. “We need to talk.” I whispered back and gestured for us to leave the room. As soon as he closed the door behind him, I threw my arms around his neck and buried my face into his neck. “I’m really sorry for freaking out on you before. I was overreacting but it just seemed like you weren’t willing to do anything because what I’ve been through.” I told him. His arms wrapped around my waist and held me tightly.

“I’m not gonna lie and say that I don’t think about being with you sexually because I do but I don’t want to rush you into something that you’re not ready for.” He said softly. “If I wasn’t ready, I wouldn’t do anything. Marcus, I was forced into having sex and I didn’t even want to touch another man before I met you. I’m old enough to make my own decisions.” I replied before giving him a quick peck on his lips.

“I’m going back to Lia now so I’ll see you tomorrow. Get some sleep honey.” I said winking before walking back down to Lia and Hayley’s room. “How did it go?” Lia pounced on me before I even closed the door. “We made up.” I replied. “Well let’s call Jess then.” She replied.

“You were supposed to call me ages ago.” Jess answered. “Sorry; Marcus and I had a fight so I had to sort that out.” I replied. “What was it about?” The ever curious Jess asked. “It was so stupid.” Lia answered and proceeded to explain our stupid fight. “You’re so silly sometimes Ness.” Jess remarked and I rolled my eyes.

“This wasn’t the reason I called.” I told her. “You said you needed help?” She replied. “She wants to know how to seduce Marcus.” Lia answered for me and Jessica burst out laughing. “Vanessa wants to seduce someone?” Jessica asked in between laughs. “This is a conversation I’m interested in.” A voice said in the background. “Luke stop fucking my sister on days that I plan to call her.” I scolded teasingly.

“There’s no manual as to how to seduce someone.” Jessica started. What a great help. “What did you do to get Luke then?” I asked. “I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary.” She replied. “Ness you just need to be yourself. If this guy is with you then he’s probably already imagined the many different ways he can tap that.” He said and I couldn’t help but laugh. “Jess, your boo is a joker.” Lia told her giggling. “All you need to do is give him a hint as to when he can.” Luke continued slightly laughing.

“Alright thanks bro. I’m happy you guys were together tonight because Jess is absolutely hopeless.” I told him. “Eu sinto triste.” Jess replied and I could imagine her pouting. “You’ll get over it.” I said before hanging up the phone. “You’re so mean to your sister.” Lia scolded. “It’s my duty since I am the oldest.” I said sticking my tongue out.

“So do you know?” Lia asked. “Do I know what?” I asked in reply whilst yawning. It was getting really late and I really wanted to pass out on a bed. “Do you know when Marcus is gonna be able to tap that ass?” Lia enquired grinning. “Of course I know.” I replied. “So?” She urged but I tapped my nose. “That’s for me to know and Marcus to find out.” I told her smirking. “Bitch.” She muttered and I grinned. “You know you love it honey.” I replied.

The next day, Hayley crept in early and tried to head straight to the bathroom. “Ah the walk of shame.” I remarked at the same time as Lia said, “Don’t you love the smell of sex in the morning?” I couldn’t help but laugh at Hayley’s flushed face. “What are you guys doing up?” She asked. “We anticipated that you would try to sneak in and try not to give us any of the juicy details so we decided to set an early alarm to catch you.” Lia explained and Hayley groaned.

“So what happened?” I asked with a grin. “You know what happened. I don’t need to explain sex to you do I?” She asked exasperated before her eyes quickly widened. “Oh shit! I didn’t mean that you know. I mean I was just saying-” She started to babble but I cut her off with a wave of dismissal. “You’re getting off topic honey.” I reminded her still grinning.

“I only want to know one thing to be honest.” Lia told Hayley. “And what’s that?” I asked. “Is it true?” She asked looking at Hayley. “Is what true Lia?” Hayley enquired withdrawn. “That black guys are bigger.” She replied with a wink. I burst out laughing even as Hayley stalked into the bathroom and slammed the door shut.

When we went down to breakfast, you could tell that Cory had a good night. He was grinning from ear to ear. “You clearly rocked his world.” I whispered to Hayley and she blushed. Cory walked over and took Hayley in his arms. “Aww look at our baby all grown up.” I whispered to Lia. “It won’t be long until you grow up as well right?” She replied. I caught Marcus’ eye and smiled.

I thought back to Luke’s word from the night before. He’s probably already imagined the many different ways he can tap that. All you need to do is give him a hint as to when he can. “It won’t be long at all. Don’t worry, I won’t be stingy like Hayley and I’ll tell you what goes down.” I replied and Lia giggled. “I look forward to it.” She told me still giggling before sitting down at the table. Oh so do I Lia. So do I.
