So, I haven't announced this, but i got my first boyfriend about a week ago.
(I swear if any of you break out into that song I will hurt you)
I really like him and he asked me out on November 30th, which I guess would now be our anniversary, if it lasts that long...
Since it's around Christmas time, he wanted to get me something, so he asked me what I wanted.
I told him he didn't need to get me anything, and to keep his money. Cause I'm not worth spending on. :,>
But I told him the 3 things I wanted anyways.
1. Highlights in my hair. (Blond)
2. Season Pass to Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor.
3. A digital art design pad.
He told me he could do that for me, but I didn't want him spending a lot of money on me. In fact, none at all.
So we're still talking, and he sends me pictures of art pads off of Amazon, and I told him not to get me that cause I may already be getting one from my parents.
Then he sent me a picture of a beautiful necklace.
THAT WAS $100! (Or £, €, ¥, or ₩, depending on where you live)
It had actual diamonds in it!
IM NOT WORTH ANYONES MONEY, ESPECIALLY NOT THAT!
I told him not to get it cause it was expensive, and again I told him he doesn't have to get me anything, but he's stubborn, so he won't let me win this.
I feel honored that he even wants to get me something, but he won't tell me what he wants besides cheesy things like, 'To take you on a date.'
Which is freaking adorable because we haven't had our first date yet...
BUT ANYWAYS...
I had a Christmas festival yesterday, and I found a little stuffed turtle. So I took it.
That's my Christmas gift to him.
A freaking stuffed turtle...
I'm an awful girlfriend... 😵
I have a reason though.
I told him I was on my period once, and he told me a funny story about way back when, if you gave a pastor 12 turtles, you wouldn't have to have your period that month.
(Damn I wish it was that easy XD)
So now he calls me turtle sometimes, and the turtle emoji is next to my name in his phone, so that's what made me want to get him the tiny stuffed turtle.
