Guys I got a tattoo-
I made it myself-
Out of eyeliner and baby powder XD

I shaved a small part of my arm and wrote out what I would outline in eyeliner pencil, then I went over it again with liquid eyeliner.
Then you coat that in baby power, then wipe it off with a damp cloth, and layer it until you think it looks good.
This was my very first time do it doesnt look that good, but I can try again next time :)
