🌸Joy's POV🌸

This is a dream. This was just some twisted dream. This isn't real. No,it can't be.

"Y-You don't remember m-me?" I croaked out,a tear slipping out of my eye.

"Hey! Hey I'm just kidding relax!" He said.

"What?"

"I'm just kidding,relax babe!"

"I hate you! W-Why would you do something as scary as that!?" I shouted.

"Hey. Okay sorry,I feel bad,especially for making you cry. C'mere." He said,stretching his arms out,signaling for me to come closer.

"No. I-I hate you. You think that joke is funny?"

"I'm sorry,okay? Sorry. Are you mad?" He said,pouting like a little puppy.

"Obviously." I stated with a serious face.

He then retrieved his arms back to his sides and he looked straight at the ceiling. At first I thought he was going to sleep but then he started slamming his head on the pillow,making the bed creak and the pillows to deform.

"What are you doing?" He didn't stop.

"Em I'm serious. The hell are you doing?"

"I want to have Amnesia." He said.

"What? Why do...will you stop first,please?" He sighed but stopped.

"I would rather have Amnesia than knowing that you hate me." He said. That hit me like a ton of bricks.

I rushed to him,giving him a bone crushing hug but trying my best to avoid where his stitches are. He returned the gesture as hard as mine.

"You're a sap you know that?" I said.

"Yes,but I'm you're sap." He said.

I sighed but nodded. We just stayed like that for a couple of minutes then I let him go.

"What did you call me awhile ago?" He asked after a minute of pause.

"Em?"

"Yeah,yeah that. Where did you get that nickname?"

"Well,your real name is Jerson Michael,some called you JM but I want to call you Em."

"I'm your 'Em' then." He said then gave me a quick peck on the lips.

"Did they tell you when I'm going to be discharged?"

"Nah. The doctor just said that you're okay and blah blah then that left us here."

"Well,I really want to go home now,I hated hospital ever since I'm a little kid."

"Speaking of little kid,Lourence told me about how you guys met."

"Cool. Hey,where is he?"

"At the waiting room with Anne. He's been inside the door in the room the whole time the drama is happening."

"Ooohh."

The rest of the time I had with him contains some talking,little kissing and other couple usually do. Eventually,Dr. James entered the room and told me that my other friend- which is Lourence -wants to talk to Em so I agreed and gave him one last kiss then left. I walked back to the waiting room where I saw Anne talking to the nurse at the nurse's station. I approached them.

"Oh hey,Joy. This is Missy,she's a family friend." Anne said.

"Oh,so you're Joy. Anne here never stopped talking about you. Says she "has found her long lost sister." Missy said and I laughed.

"How come you never told me about Missy?" I asked.

"Kinda...forgot 'bout her. Since I left my hometown I never saw her again until now."

"Oh so you forgot me already?" She said,holding her chest and faking a gasp. "You forgot the person who took care of you when you had a boo-boo?"

"Urgh Missy,please that's like ages ago. I call them wounds now not boo-boo."

"Whatever. I need to get back to work,we should all hang out sometime,yeah?"

"Definitely." Me and Anne said at the same time.

When Missy went back to whatever she's doing before Anne disturbed her,Lourence came back with Dr. James by his side.

"Well,Jerson seems strong so he just needs to let the stitches from his wound to heal- which will take approximately 24 hours or so -so he'll be discharged tomorrow." Dr. James explained.

"Thank you,doctor." I said and Dr. James nodded,excused himself then left.

"Let's take you ladies home. You still have an exam coming up! Better study." Me and Anne groaned.

"Let's take Jerson's car,I have the keys here and he already knows,let's go?" We nodded.

We walked to JM's car and Lourence took me and Anne back to our houses. I immediately changed clothes since my clothes are dirty because of the kidnapping. My parents are still not home and they shouldn't really know about the kidnapping...which reminds me to change the broken mirror on my wall. As I finished changing clothes,I jumped to my bed and within seconds,drifting i to a peaceful sleep.

Em got discharged the next day- which is a Sunday so I don't have classes -and we are currently snuggled up in the couch watching "A Walk To Remember" since he's not really a fond of horror movies like me.

"I want to have my own star." I said to him when the part where Landon gave Jamie a certificate of her own star.

"I don't even know if that's real,I think it's fake."

"No,it's true. There's a website for buying stars,I think its internationalstarregistry.com but it's expensive so...whatevs." I said and we laughed.

"I love you,Joy." He said out of the blue.

"I love you too." I said and he gave me a long kiss on the lips.

"Have you study for the test?" He said when we both caught our breath.

"Oh c'mon,don't break the moment by showing your teacher side."

"Hey. I am still your teacher,remember? You should study! My test is hard,I'm not kidding."

"Yes you are,you haven't even made them yet."

"Touché."

"How do you think Elle knew about us?"

"That I don't know."

"Do you think she'll tell anyone?"

"Hope not." He whispered.

We laid in silence just watching the movie and him hugging me close. We may have been kidnapped and Em got shot but I must still remain happy because the love of my life is still here,lying next to me.
