Chapter 20

🌸Joy's POV🌸

Examination day,such joy! (Note the sarcasm)

Em can't pick me up today since he need to "finish his work" in school. Sometimes,I forget that he's even my teacher because when we're together,we're just like a crazy teenager couple. I went down the stairs and was not surprised when I saw Anne waiting at the living room.

"Did you study for the test?" I asked.

"What test?!" She said and my mouth opened in shock.

"I'm just messing with ya,'course I did!" She said.

"Harhar very funny now let's go I don't want to be late on examination day." I said and we both went to Anne's car.

I'm now alone. Since Anne need to pass her project- which is obviously late -to our Home Economics teacher for her to take the test. She told me to go to JM's classroom (since we're gonna take the test in that room) and she'll just follow. It was still quite early here and not many people are in the corridor except for some students getting stuffs from their lockers and janitors mopping and cleaning the floor. I was about to enter the room when my phone fell to the ground. God you know that feeling when your phone fell to the floor? Well I hate it. When I placed my phone to my pocket,I twisted the doorknob and pushed the door open. If I knew what was happening inside the room,I wish I shouldn't just opened the door.

Em kissing Elle and she's seated on his lap. Wait,their snogging.

When Em- no,Sir Adam -noticed me standing in the doorway,he immediately pushed Elle away,looking back and forth from me and Elle.

"Joy? What's...Elle? Wait...Joy I can---"

"Save it." I raised my hand up,fighting back the tears that are threatening to escape my eyes.

I closed the door then went to the Principal's Office.

🌸JM's POV🌸

[BEFORE THE INCIDENT]

This is what I hate the most when it comes to teaching: PREPARING THE EXAMS. I feel really bad for not picking Joy up,but she said that she understands my reason since I am still a teacher after all. I was almost finished with the test when the door opened and Elle standing there.

"What the fuck are you---"

"Stop. I don't wanna fight,someone just wanna give you this. A teacher I don't know the name." She said holding a cup of coffee in her hands.

She entered the room and went in front of my desk,placing the coffee on the table. I picked it up and sniffed. Smells like normal coffee. I told myself. I am quite thirsty so I drank some of it and it actually tastes good. When I swallowed the coffee,Elle smirked,looking like a maniac there. She suddenly kissed me and sat on my lap. I don't know why but I kissed her back,like I can't control my mind. Then it clicked: The coffee. I tried my best to come back to my senses but I can't. I looked at the door and saw Joy standing there looking quite shocked. That gave me enough strength to finally push Elle away.

[PRESENT TIME]

She ran away. But she's not crying,she looks almost,though. I looked back to Elle and she's smiling,feeling accomplished. I stood up and without hesitations,gave her one big SLAP on the cheek. Sue me for hurting a girl,but this one is a bitch.

"Did you---"

"Yes I did,motherfucker. Who gave you permission to be here? Who said that you can just show up after everything you've done. You fucking shoot me and kidnapped my friends including my girlfriend!"

"But Jerson---"

"You get the hell out or else I can't stop myself from hurting you even more."

She then ran to the door and closed it. I fell back to my chair and screamed my tonsils out. My breathing starts to get ragged,my hands pulling every strand of my hair. She hates me. She saw everything. She doesn't understand. I love her not that bitch. But it's too late now. I'm too,late now.

🌸Anne's POV🌸

I walked to Sir Adam's classroom feeling quite happy since I passed my project and they accepted it. I haven't seen Joy around so I figured she was already at the classroom. When I was halfway towards the room,my phone vibrated.

Anne,I asked the Principal if I can change rooms for the exams,he agreed. I'm now in Sir Lourence's room,sorry for not saying sooner. Good luck on your exams. :)

I placed my phone back in my pocket and entered Sir Adam's classroom which is halfway full. I sat at one of the tables since Joy is not here and I can't sit with someone I'm close with. After a couple more minutes,the last student entered the room.

"Where's Ms. Henderson?" Asked Sir Adam and I raised my hand.

"Yes?"

"She said that she exchanged rooms and now she's in Sir Lourence's room." I said and Sir looked quite teary-eyed.

"O-Okay then l-let's start?" We nodded.

He picked the papers up with shaky hands and distribute it. Something's wrong,I can smell it in the air. Sir Adam looking nervous,Joy's sudden room exchanging. I smell fight with these two but not just any fight,a big fight.

[TIME SKIP: END OF EXAMS]

I went out of the room and saw Joy waiting for me patiently. We we're about to leave when someone called us.

"Joy? C-Can I talk to you for a moment,please?" It's Sir Adam.

Joy didn't answer. She just walked into the room,closed the door and sat at the front of the teacher's desk. I will feel awkward now watching a couple fight.

"Joy it's now what it looks like,okay?"

"It is what it is,sir." Joy said exaggerating the 'sir'.

"No,she kissed me first,Joy please believe me!" Kissed? I am very lost now.

"Okay,let's say she kissed you first. Then why the hell are you kissing her back!?" Joy screamed. I never heard her scream like that unless she's angry or really angry.

"The coffee! She gave me this coffee that has some shit in their that controlled my mind!"

Joy gave a sarcastic laugh with slow claps. "Nice nice." She said.

"Fucking believe me,Joy please. I-I love you!" Sir Adam screamed and a tear escaped his eye.

Joy became silent. I am still quite lost here since I didn't exactly knew what happened. At first,I thought she will forgive Sir Adam. OH BOY was I wrong...

"I wanna break up with you..." Said Joy.

Sad to say guys that this book is ALMOST finished.

Don't worry,there will surely be a Book 2,I promise you that. :)

I hate this chapter,hurts me haha okay.
