Chapter 11

🌸Joy's POV🌸

I have no idea what time I slept. Me and JM kept talking till our thumbs come off. I woke up for yet another day of school. I can't believe I'm gonna say this but...I'm excited for Math. THERE I said it. I took a shower then got dressed. When I went downstairs,I saw something I'm not expecting.

"Hey,Joy." Elle said happily while she stands next to Anne.

"Elle,what are you doing here so early?"

"Well,I'm going to your school today."

"Why? And how did you know where I live?" I said with a nervous chuckle at the end.

"I'm going to get JM back,remember?" Oh...yeah.

"And I saw Anne walking towards your door while I'm walking at the sidewalk and she told me this is where you live. You don't mind me...carpooling right?"

"No,not at all." I said with a smile.

"Okay,let's go peeps?" Anne suddenly talked.

When we arrived at the school parking lot,me and Anne headed to our classes while Elle going to her own direction to God knows where. He's going to get JM back. No,I shouldn't let this happen,nuh uh!

"Hey! You alright?" Anne asked as we're walking towards our first class- which is Math (YAAAAAAS.)

"Y-Yeah. Never better." I said followed by a smile.

Anne nodded,still looked unconvinced by my answer but just let the subject drop. Before she pushed the classroom door open,there are shouting coming from the inside and I recognize the voice. Both of the voices.

"Why don't you want me back?!" It's Elle's voice,I'm sure.

"I don't love you anymore,Elle please stop." JM...

"We just broke up like...5 days ago or something and you're telling me you don't love me anymore?"

"I think we should stop this,Joy." Anne whispered.

"No,let's hear it. It's too early anyways. Don't lie to me Anne you love gossips." She laughed quietly.

"Things can happen in just a split second and we broke up days ago so a lot of things happened,okay?"

"Don't quote me in this situation! I love you,JM! Please!" Talk about being desperate...

"I already have a girlfriend now,okay? Would that shut you up!?" Shit,he did not just say that.

"W-What? Don't do this---"

"Elle,you're an amazing girl and you're the perfect girlfriend but not for me. You'll find your prince charming one day but that's not me,sorry."

"JM please---"

"Leave Elle,please."

"Let's go." I said then pulled Anne away from the door and into the rows of lockers near the door of Sir Adam's classroom.

Minutes later,we heard the door burst open followed by a sobbing then the door slamming shut. We waited till Elle is out of sight until we went inside. JM is sitting on his chair,hands rubbing his temples and eyes closed.

"JM..." I whispered but loud enough for him to hear.

"Joy." He said then went over to me then hugged me.

I closed the door incase someone tried to eavesdrop or something. Anne is standing beside her chair,looking shocked and confused at the same time. I mouthed "I'll explain later." to her and she nodded.

"Let's just talk about this in your flat if that's fine by you?" He nodded quite eagerly and I chuckled.

"Love you,Joy."

"Love you." I said then gave him a really quick peck then the door opened and we let go of each other.
