Namjoon hummed as he patiently waited for the timer on the microwave to go off. Glancing around, he decided to grab some plates to put the food into. He opened a few cupboards, looking for the needed kitchenwares.

Just when he was about to open another one, his phone buzzed inside his pocket, stopping him. Namjoon immediately answered the phone, seeing the name of Jin's mother on the caller I.D.

"Auntie?"

[Namjoon-ah? Are you still in school right now?]

"Uh..." Namjoon gulped. "I'm actually at your house. I skipped school. But please don't tell Mom. She'll be furious." Namjoon nervously bit his bottom lip.

A chuckle came from the other end, making Namjoon sigh in relief and smile.

[I actually had a hunch that you'll skip. Knowing you, you won't be able to stay still knowing Jinnie is sick.]

Hearing that made Namjoon chuckle. She knows him too well. Which is no longer a surprise, considering that she's known him ever since he was born and is also like a son to her.

[Anyway, how is my son? Is his fever gone?]

"He skipped lunch and probably didn't drink medicine either. But I brought some food and medicine when I came here so..." Namjoon trailed off, glancing towards the stairs when he heard some footsteps.

[Oh. Thank you Joon.]

Namjoon smiled, the relief and gratefulness obvious in Mrs. Park's voice.

[But you see, I called to ask you a favor.]

"Anything, Auntie."

[I can't go home early tonight since something came up at work. And your Uncle is on a business trip so it will only be Jinnie and Jimin at home tonight. You know that Jimin-ah can't be around someone sick for long so I was wondering if maybe you could take care of Jin?]

Namjoon paused, well aware that staying in the room of the person he's been in love with for more or less ten years is not a good idea. But he can't deny the fact that he also wants to.

Shit. What to do?

[Namjoon? Is it impossible after all?]

"No Auntie it's fine it's just that, uhm you see, I uh, I-"

[Is there a problem?]

"No uh-"

[Excellent! Then I'll leave him in your care. I'll cook delicious food for you after this. I have to go now, my boss is calling. Have a great night.]

The call has already ended but Namjoon is still clutching his phone beside his ear, mentally kicking himself in the butt.

STUPID IDIOT! You should have said no! At this rate, you'll end up raping your precious Jinnie! You're too perverted! Holding back will be impossible for you! He'll cry and beg you to stop but you won't be able to. He'll get mad and will hate you. Then you'll never be able to talk-

"YAH KIM NAMJOON! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" A voice made Namjoon turn his head towards the stairs where Jin currently is, wearing a new pair of pajamas with alpaca prints on it.

Whoa. That's cute.

"Yah! Wake up! The food's burning!" Jin said, hurriedly descending the stairs. Namjoon froze.

Wait. Burning?

Namjoon slowly turned around, afraid to see the damage of what he had done. His eyes turned into wide saucers when he saw the microwave on fire. Oh fuck.

How did that even...

"Help me over here, you idiot!" Jin shouted, holding a fire extinguisher. Namjoon hurriedly walked over to where Jin is and grabbed the fire extinguisher, ready to put out the growing fire.

"The lock! You have to remove it first!" Jin commanded, pointing to a pin. Namjoon rashly pulled the pin, destroying it.

"Wha-?!" Jin's jaw fell open. Turning his head, he accusingly stared at Namjoon, making the guy audibly gulp.

Oh shit.

People he passed by gave Jimin pointed stares, their minds wondering why such an innocent-looking boy is walking around this side of town. Jimin stopped in front of an old abandoned six story building, his face unsure.

It stood proudly erect despite all the moss and graffitis that covered it, proof that it was once an establishment which held grandeur and elegance.

Just when he was about to step inside, a man stopped him, the stranger's bulky figure blocking his path.

"You look lost." The huge man spoke, smirking. "What's an innocent puppy like you doing here?" He added, slowly crossing the distance between him and Jimin.

Jimin opened his mouth to respond but before he could, someone already answered for him. Leaning against the unsteady door frames of the building's entrance is a man wearing an army jacket with white tee underneath and black ripped jeans which happens to be tucked inside his combat boots.

He calmly raised his left hand to remove the cigarette from his lips as he puffed some smoke before throwing it on the floor and putting it out with his boots.

He straightened up, casually using the baseball bat in his right hand as support, the sound of metal hitting the concrete floor creating an eerie chime.

"I should be the one asking you that. What are you doing here, Humpty? You're in the wrong part of town." The man spoke, his stoney gaze directed at the huge man.

Jimin noticed how the hulk before him visibly froze but didn't care much because hearing the familiar voice of his boyfriend made him tilt his head to the side, hoping to get a better look since the stranger is blocking his line of sight.

Jimin smiled upon seeing the familiar figure of his Tsundere, his pet butterflies going wild inside his stomach once again.

The man called Humpty slowly turned around to face the scary stranger with the baseball bat, his face sweaty and his smile fake.

"Suga! How have you been?" He greeted, his voice slightly trembling.

Yoongi clicked his tongue, bringing up his right hand and settling the bat on his right shoulder. He briefly glanced behind Humpty and saw his cute Chimchim smiling at him. He stifled a smile before returning his eyes on the poor Humpty.

"This is my turf. My land." Yoongi declared, his voice taunting. "I don't need to remind you about what happened to Dumpty when he accidentally stepped in here, don't I? Not even the experts were able to put him together again."

Humpty trembled so much it looked like he was having his own little earthquake. Poor boy. Muttering incoherent words under his breath, he quickly turned to leave, his steps fast and nervous.

Yoongi smirked, proud of himself.

"That was so cool!" Jimin cheered and ran towards Yoongi, practically throwing himself to the older and almost knocking the guy off his feet.

"Jesus. Calm down, will you?" Yoongi chuckled, his left hand gripping at Jimin's side to stop him from wriggling around.

Jimin smiled. "I didn't know people are that scared of you here."

Yoongi grinned. "Everyone's pretty much scared of me. You're the only one who isn't."

"There's nothing scary about a handsome man." Jimin reasoned out, leaning forward to plant a chaste kiss on Yoongi's lips. "And oh, I brought your precious fish-shaped buns!" He happily added, holding up the plastic bag in his right hand.

Yoongi couldn't stop the cheesy smile which tore at his lips, his eyes almost turning into hearts as he lovingly stared at Jimin.

Damn it. I really freakin' love this idiot.
