The troops sensed that the enemies were about to make their attack, so they ordered every to positions. Kris, however, felt skeptical about having to fight the army. Knowing that, he stayed behind a box discussing his plan to Ralsei.
R: We can't do that! You know that.
K: Trust me. I can do it.
R: Not against an army you aren't. We almost lost you in there. We aren't risking anything.
K: Then we will die trying. I have a feeling that you will lose control, and you will die fighting an unbeatable war. If I die, then what can anyone lose? You have a fight to decide wether you save the town, or let it burn. If I die and you win using mercy, then I won't die in vain. You matter too much to me to lose. Just for a moment, heed my call. Just be kind. And stand with me.
Ralsei couldn't believe what he was hearing. He then got his mind back. He realized how bad it would be to lead his army into an unbreakable force.
L: Surely, you aren't actually listening to this, are you?
Ralsei walked to the door. In a moment, it would break down, and hell would break loose. Brothers would be lost. Families would be destroyed. It would take them about a day and a half to find the people. They were climbing to the puzzle grounds to safety. But not for long. But if they spared, maybe they could stop the king. Maybe they had a chance.
R: ..If I die... I'll know you were right.
L: Prince?
Kris had smile spread across his face. He had a surefire plan. This time, he knew that if they spared everyone, they'd fight against the king.
L: You..idiot!
Leonidus drew a sword to Kris's throat.
L: How much do you want to die today?
K: Are you testing me?
L: What forces do you have?
Leonidus suddenly was hit and fell to the ground unconscious. Standing behind him was Susie with her axe. She knocked him out with the handle.
K: Only the best girl ever.
Susie walked and pecked Kris on the cheek and walked back to the troops. Ralsei had no clue what just happened.
R: I'm sorry, what?
K: I'l explain it later.
Ralsei didn't question it, and walked back. Kris took one last look at the door. How far was he gonna go for his friends to win this?
