Sometimes silence is so comforting

Because talking can be judged

But life will leave the ones who are silent

It forgets you were there

But then instead thy fall back with you

They stick with you then

But when you try to run the fastest you can

To get back the life that ran away from you

Your love one can blame you

For having them fall back with you

They will make you slower

But you need to keep striving

You need to encourage them to go with you too

Don't let them down again

Take them, carry them

Drag them when you need to

Let them yell and scream

Let them try to push you even further away

Because in the beginning

They helped you

And that will be another regret

If you never help them

So take them with you
