I can't help but feel it,
Taking over me.
That anger that swerves,
And melts into anxiety.
She calls me near,
And pushes me off.
She take over my body,
Leaving me with this intensity.
I didn't mean to yell,
I can help but scream.
It is like no one is actually listening.I tell her to calm down,
And she takes my heart.
She guts my stomach,
And twist it all around.
I feel her inside,
Grabbing and breaking everything she can.
Making me feel memories,
Over and over again.I can hear them whisper,
Talking about my name.
But when I see them face to face,
They can't even gaze.
They all like to talk,
But don't know the words.
They lie about their past,
Chew up your worth. Please help me,
I am only screaming.
