ALLISON POV

I was rudely woken up by someone banging violently on the door. "What the hell have you been doing?" Isaac asked as soon as I opened the door.

"Sleeping" I answered. "What have you been doing?"

"You haven't been getting any calls or text?" I walked back towards my room to check my phone.

"My phone's off, my phone's never off," I told him, looking at it. I turn it on and I'm bombarded with text messages and there was a lot of calls from an unknown number. "Sleepwalking? Is he okay?"

"Yeah, they found him a few minutes ago," Isaac paused, "With your sister."

"My sister?" I said shock. "Why was she with Stiles?"

"That what we're going to find out," Isaac told me. "They're bringing them to the hospital, they said that your sister had a seizure," My eyes widen.

"Let me get dressed," I told him and rushed towards my closet. I threw on a pair of sweats and grabbed a coat and rushed to the door with Isaac in tow.

We parked the car and ran out finding Aiden with Derek as they fixed Stiles' jeep, I headed to Aiden, my sister's boyfriend. "Is she okay?!" I asked.

"Is who okay?"

"Lexi!" I exclaimed. His eyebrows furrowed together and I waved my hands in dismissal before rushing inside to find Scott who I hoped knew more than Aiden.

I found Scott with Lydia and his parents "Are they okay?" I asked I noticed Stiles' dad walk up to us.

"They're sleeping now, and they put them in the same room since they were found together," The sheriff said, "And they're just fine, they don't remember much, Stiles' said it was just like a dream," He looked to Scott dad. "Thank you"

"It was the repellant we sprayed in the coyote den to keep other animals out, I couldn't go anywhere without my eyes watering." Scott's dad explained. "It's just a good thing he mentioned it over the phone"

"No, it was more than that. Thank you"

"It was just a lucky connection"

"McCall, Can you shut up please and just accept my sincerest gratitude?"

"Accepted," the FBI agent pushed out his hand the sheriff shook it.

"All right you two you have school in less than six hours," Melissa told Lydia and Scott. "Go home and get some sleep,"

"Okay," Scott answered pulling his mom in a hug. I asked Sherriff which room they were in and that's where I spent the rest of my night.

LYDIA POV

Scott gently wrapped his hand around my wrist and pulled me down the hallway. "I don't know what happened," I told him, "I was so sure,"

"Yeah, I wasn't much help either," he told me as we slowly walked down the hall. "Doesn't matter if they are okay," A new sound rang through the halls, a clanking noise, like metal hitting metal. I looked back then forward looking for the source of the sound. "Lydia? Do you hear something?"

Denying it, I spoke. "No," I shook my head. "I didn't hear anything,"

With that, I went home and tried to get some sleep.

SCOTT'S POV

At school, I sat in the boy's locker room texting my mom who was keeping a close eye on both of them as they slept. I felt terrible, like a failure, he put all his trust in me to find him and yet I wasn't the one to protect him, hell I didn't even notice that Lexi was missing as well.

"Scott! Hey!" I heard Kira yell, I couldn't deal with anything right now so I just walked away

NOAH STILINSKI'S POV

"It was the other day," Melissa started. "I was asking him some questions just symptoms... Umm... yeah"

"It's okay," I told her, I knew exactly what she was talking about, the disease that killed my wife. "I think I uh" I pulled out a notebook. "I think I know what you're talking about, I've been writing these down for the past two weeks, I think we need to do some tests"

SCOTT'S POV

I stood at my locker with Lydia, who was jumping at every sound. "You okay?"

"Yeah," she answered, it felt as if she was distant with everything and everything. "I'm just a little hyper-sensitive to loud sounds today"

"They're doing tests on Stiles all afternoon" I informed her. "I was going to go there at around six to visit, you want to come with me?"

"I should probably just go home," she told me.

"Are you sure you're okay?" I asked her again after she jumped at the sound of someone closing their locker.

"Yeah, I'll text you later," she told me as she walked away.

LEXI'S POV

I woke up around lunch and I've been with Stiles through every single test they did. Now we just had to do an MRI scan. "I'm not sure if I know how to pronounce it or if it's not just a misspelling" I heard the doctor say to Stiles' dad.

"Just call him Stiles,"

"Okay," the doctor said before turning to Stiles. "Stiles, just to warn you, you're going to hear a lot of noise during the MRI, It's due the pulses of electricity going through the metal coils inside of the machine if you want we can get you some earplugs or headphones."

"Uh, no I don't need anything,"

"Hey, we're just on the other side of the window okay?" His dad told him, I envy the relationship that had and I wished I had family that close, I haven't seen my dad since before I was admitted into the hospital.

"Okay,"

The Sheriff nodded to me and I was about to walk out with them when Stiles grabbed my hand. I nodded and stayed put then it was just teenagers standing in the room.

"You know what they're looking for, right?" Stiles asked Scott, who until know kept his eyes planted on the ground. "Frontotemporal dementia, the area's in your brain that starts to shrink, it's what my mother had, it's the only form that can hit teenagers and there's no cure"

I watched as Scott wiped a tear, "Stiles if you have it we'll do something," he paused. "I'll do something."

They nodded at each other and it was the first time Stiles let go of my hand, he hugged his best friend, the one that promised to save him if he had the disease. It was time for me and Scott to walk out of the room but before I could Stiles grabbed my hand once more. I looked at the window.

"Is there a way I can stay in here with him?" I asked the doctor, he stepped out to the room and came into the room with the MRI in it and handed me a heavy blue vest I was to where to stay in the room. He simply walked out after that. Stiles laid down and looked at me. "I'm not going anywhere, Scott went to talk to Derek and they're just outside, I'm not leaving you, Stiles."

And it was a promise I wasn't willing to break no matter what.
