Tied in my mind

Mellisa showed me Stiles' file as she highlighted his symptoms in blue ink, "Come with me," she told me and I followed her into a room filled with patient files, she pulled out one and read out their symptoms. "Patient is irritable and impulsive, complaints of vivid dreams. inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality" she started to nod, "Acute insomnia" the patients name, 'Claudia Stilinski,' and what frightened me more was the red block letters 'Deceased 2004' I caught up with her as she walked out.

"What does this mean?" I asked her.

"There is a possibility of him having the same disease that his mother had, and there's no cure," She told me looking at her watch. "I have to go,"

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Scott needs me," she simply said before walking out of the hospital. I walked back into Stiles' room and sat on the chair beside his bed.

"Oh stiles," I sighed. I yawned and laid my head down in my hand, slowly falling asleep.

A COUPLE HOURS LATER

I heard the door click open, light shined into the room as he opened the door, "Mellisa?" I heard him call out but it wasn't until he was out of view when I opened my eyes and followed him out. He pushed open a set of double doors leaving him in a darkened area, that's when they showed up.

I was about to jump in prepared to fight them, but when the Oni lifted his hand Stiles grabbed it and with his other hand he reached into the Oni's chest pulling out something. They turned into dust. I opened to door. "Stiles?" He turned around.

"You okay?" I heard someone say behind him. I turned my head slightly to see Scott.

"Yeah, I'm fine what's been going on?" He asked patting Scott's shoulder. I let them talk to each other and I called Aiden to come to pick me up. He pulled up on his bike and gave me a spare helmet.

"Hey," I greeted.

"Hi" he greeted as I hopped on, he drove me home silently. I got off his bike and without a word I tried to walk away. "Hey," he said as he grabbed my arm. "Are you okay?"

My thoughts ate away my mind, the threats from the wrapped man still stuck in my mind, I was worried about Stiles and what would happen to him... "Yeah I'm fine," I knew it would be easy for him to tell if I was lying but I didn't care. he didn't push but he did pull me into a hug that I didn't know I needed until now. I sighed in relief. "Thank you,"

I looked up at him and went on my tippy toes giving him a kiss on the lips. "How are things doing with you and Scott?" I asked.

"I think we found a way into his pack but it might take a while," he told me, I nodded. "I have to go,"

"Where?" I asked.

"To get in good with Scott I have to get in good with everyone else, Lydia needs a model for her Art project," he told me, I nodded and stepped away from the bike.

"Have fun," I told him, "I'll see you tomorrow?" he nodded and drove away. I closed my eyes and once again I was thrown into one of there minds. I felt myself take steps away from the apartment building and I let whatever feeling I have guided me towards him. I heard his laboured breathing and he called out to Scott.

"Hey, yeah, I'm here" I heard Scott's voice.

"I don't know where I am. I don't know how I got here," he told him, "I think I was sleepwalking."

"uh, okay, do you see anything?" Scott asked. "Just tell me what you see,"

"Ah, it's dark. It's too hard to see." Stiles told him, I felt myself walk, I heard the crunching of the dry leaves. "There's something wrong with my foot. I don't think I can get out of here, I can't move."
