Everything seemed normal, as we drove into the Pack's territory A few things had changed since the last time I was here. I was maybe 14, it was a year after my parents accident. I smiled, a happy and genuine smile as the car pulled in and I got to see Aunt Piper and Uncle Gerard. Neither Twin had spoken to me much as we drove from the palace to the pack. But the moment the car stopped, I didn't even wait, I bolted out and ran into the very comforting arms of Aunt Piper.

She hadn't changed much, she may have aged, but she was truly something. He hair was tied behind her head in a low ponytail and wore an elegant white shirt with denim jeans. She looked somewhat regal, as the Luna of this pack. Well Luna-regent... I wasn't entirely sure what the protocol was. But nevertheless, she was still a beautiful Luna, standing beside her mate and husband.

Gerard had most certainly aged, but it suited him very well. I could tell where the Twins got their looks from. They certainly had the Christiansen gene in them. Standing beside the Alpha and the Luna was their youngest son, Gerard. Apparently, it was a family tradition, but neither parent wanted one of the Twins to have the name.

"Aunt Piper!" I smile, hugging her tightly.

"Nyla, its good to see you again." She released our hug and looked at me. "Dear, you look famished, lets get some food into you and then you can rest up." She tugged me hand and pulled me into the family house. Not much had changed since I was last here, new furniture to help with the growing family.

I followed Aunt Piper into the kitchen and she sat me down island bench and proceeded to grab some leftovers out of the fridge. "My dear sons clearly didn't feed you on the trip home."

"I'm afraid not, Aunt Piper." I had a firm line and watched as the lady before me prepared some food. "In all honesty, I think I skipped breakfast."

"Well that is not right, young lady." She frowned at me. "But not to worry, I'll feed you unlike my two eldest sons."

She handed me a bowl of what looked like spaghetti Bolognese. She placed a bowl of cheese on the side and then proceeded to put the kettle on and grab out two cups for us to have some tea. She knew me too well sometimes. Unlike either of her sons, they didn't know a thing about be. I doubt they'd want to know much or that they would even care.

I poured the cheese over my pasta and let it rest and melt over it before stirring it through. I grabbed the fork that was placed and started to twirl it around.

"Something smells amazing in here mum." Leon walks in first, without Barrett. He walks over to me and takes a seat next to me. He kissed my forehead ever so gently, whilst I kept my eyes on my pasta.

"Left overs, but unfortunately I had just enough for your beautiful mate over here." She frowned. "You two clearly don't care that she was starved on the drive home."

Aunt Piper was clearly upset at her boys for not taking better care of me. She poured the kettle into the cups and let the teabags do their job. She picked them up and took a small cup filled with milk. She gestured to follow her with my bowl of pasta and eyed her son not to follow us. I obeyed the women and walked to the back patio with her.

I sat and crossed my legs on the back-patio couch, as Aunt Piper poured the milk into our cups and sat opposite with me. We sat in silence for a couple of moments, whilst I ate the food that my body was clearly calling me. I slurped on the last mouthful of pasta and put the bowl down and looked at Aunt Piper. She was observing me, and I wondered how long she had known I was supposed to be there with them.

"How long?" I simply ask.

She closed her eyes because she could never lie to me. "I've known since you turned 18."
