As I am putting my finishing touches on my makeup, I am also wondering if tonight will go ok. My mind keeps traveling back to earlier today. It seems like Simone got mad when she saw that hickie. There was a certain look. Maybe I just read her wrong. Tonight, it will be only Simone, Gladys, and I. Tina has other plans. I don't mind. I love her company, but I am not looking for anything serious.

I emerge from the room with my hair down, wearing tight, white jeans, a crop top, and high heels.

I hear the clicking sound of heels, and I look up. Before me is the most beautiful sight. Simone is in a black bodycon dress, seeming like it was custom-made for her. She has her hair up in a ponytail, hoops earrings, and spiked heels. Good lord, we might have to fight off a few at the club tonight to bring her back home.

"You look beautiful."

It just comes out of my mouth without my approval.

She smiles at me, "thank you, Livvy. So do you."

It seems like she is ok now. Maybe there was never anything wrong. Maybe that was all in my head. I think tonight will be great.

We get in her car, and we are at the club half an hour later. Gladys loves the vibe here. I feel like I will have company coming back here. The club is really nice. Gladys says that she is Simone's date for the night, so she can save her from anyone else who might try their luck. That leaves me to mingle.

We are having a great time. We spend time dancing and having a few drinks in between. I am not much of a drinker. I like to be conscious of everything going on around me.

Gladys and Simone are dancing together, and I have a hot chick grinding up on me. This is turning out to be an awesome night.

Bella, that's her name, drags me to the corner, whispering naughty things in my ear, and I can't help but react. Bella has her hands going down to my ass, and her lips brushing up against my ear, but I feel something. I turn a little and catch sight of Simone staring at me. She looks away immediately.

She whispers something to Gladys, she nods, and Simone takes off. There is that look again. Why does it seem like she gets upset?

I stay for about two more minutes, and she still does not return. I decide to go after her.

The club has this elevated view of the city. It is beautiful out there, but not many people go there since everything is happening inside. This is where I find Simone. Her back is to me, and I walk up right behind her.

"You ok?" I ask.

She doesn't turn around, and she doesn't respond. I move closer, placing my hand at her waist.

She pulls out of my touch, "I'm fine. I'm just enjoying the view."

I am right. She is upset. I can hear it in her voice.

"Simone, it is clear something is wrong. You can tell me."

She doesn't say anything, so I go to the front of her and squeeze myself between the rails and her body. She still doesn't move. She just stares me directly in my eyes, and I do the same.

I don't know which force is controlling me, but as she attempts to turn her gaze from me, my arms go to her waist, and I can't hold it any longer. I close the distance between our lips, and it is the most magical feeling. I feel butterflies fluttering, feeling like they will never stop. I feel like there is electricity running, uncontrollably, through my body.

For the first few seconds, she is stiff and unresponsive, but as my lips move against hers, she responds. I pull her a little closer, and a moan escapes her lips. Or is that me? I don't even know. Her lips are the softest, sweetest things I have ever tasted.

Her lips stop moving against mine, and I hear my name on a bare whisper.

"Olivia."

In this moment, I love my name. Coming from her, like that, I will have it no other way. Her lips are still touching mine, and we are both breathing a little heavier than normal.

She puts her hand between us and gently pushes away. She walks back inside, and I am mad at myself. What the fuck was I thinking? Why kiss her? She is married! To my uncle! Why? Why?

I try to collect myself, and after about five minutes, I return inside, saying we should leave. Gladys is oblivious to everything. Thank the Lord for alcohol.
