Raven had made her way back to the cave with her mate, her packmates looked at her with wonder.
"He's gone for now." she reassured.
"Are we going to continue the quest?" Lupo asked.
"Eat first.." Raven's breathing quickened out of nowhere, the thought of eating a juicy pig made her nauseous. Pain seared through her stomach and spasms occurred like a rippling ocean of her muscles. She fell to the ground, her legs had went limp. Snowy's anxiety had filled her senses, he circled her and sniffed at her.

"Her pups are coming!" he cried. WHY ON THE QUEST?! FOR HEAVENPACK'S SAKE, WHY NOW?! Raven managed to move her paw a little, she scraped her claws angrily against the stone cave floor.
Goldenglow was there in a flash, he had picked up a random stick and nudged it over to her muzzle.
"Chew on this to calm the pain down." he demanded, his body also lit up and gave Raven strength and pain reliever. Raven munched on the stick with anger, not pain, she didn't feel any. Another spasm went through, she felt a pup slither out of her and curl up into a ball.
"First one!" Luke hollered.
Then more pups, slithered out at each powerful spasm. Snowy's eyes glowed with amusement when Raven looked up at him. Twinkle padded over and helped Raven lick her pups to get them warm. Goldenglow attached the pups to Raven to suckle, the wolf pups' cries faded eventually.
"You have more than a few." Goldenglow woofed, "this is good for SkullPack."
"We're uncles." Lupo barked, leaning his head closer to Goldenglow's.
"I'm a brother! That's better!" Luke lashed his tail at the two bonding he-wolves.

"What are you going to name them?" Twinkle asked with an adoring look sparkling in her eyes.
"Well the black and white he-wolf will be named Arrow." Raven started. "The brown he-wolf, Dusty. The youngest white he-wolf, Cloudy. The black, gray, and silver she-wolf should be Bullet. The white and silver she-wolf, Rain. The black she-wolf should be Nightwhisper. The white she-wolf should be Frostleaf. And the last white and black he-wolf should be Blackfrost." She looked up at her mate for approval, he nodded with lots of agreement. Then, Raven heard a low whimpering noise from one of her pups.
"Where's that coming from?!" Luke padded closer to his newborn siblings with curiosity. Raven nuzzled her muzzle into her litter, picking up a new scent, the littlest and youngest pup of the litter.
The runt.
"A runt!" Lupo's jaws disconnected from each other as his expression went to a surprised look.
"Yeah, and? She will be treated equally." Raven snapped to her surprised brother.
"No, I was just surprised that you had a runt." Lupo reassured.
"What are we going to do now? Raven has had her pups and we're on a quest. This is impossible." Luke murmured.
"Don't have that attitude." Snowy woofed.
"We need to give Raven time to heal and rest after a tiring time." Goldenglow added.
"I can go on my quest." Raven barked.
"You have your pups, what do you think you're going to do? They can't survive without their mother!" Lupo warned.
"Or their father." Luke exchanged a glance with Snowy.
Twinkle's white pelt shined like a morning star in the midday sky as she stepped forward, every wolf turned to face her expectantly. "I will take care of Raven's pups while you all go on the journey." she offered.
"What about hunting and leaving them in the cave? You'll be solo!" Lupo barked in a common sense tone.
"I know how to handle that." Twinkle assured.
"Are you sure about this?" Raven got up and stepped forward, very close to her cousin.
"I owe you one, so yes!" Twinkle nodded quickly.
"Thank you so much." Raven licked her cousin over the ears. "What should I name the runt?"
"Timber." Twinkle smiled at the littlest pup.
"Good name! Good luck, Twinkle, I believe in you." Raven murmured her goodbyes once again.

Raven's paws padded gracefully through the deep snow. She couldn't stop thinking about her pups and Twinkle. I hope they are all safe. The sound of a denliver's gun blew up the hearing of all of the wolves.
"A hunter." Lupo muttered. Katie whimpered and flailed her paws while in Goldenglow's jaws.
"No!" Goldenglow shouted as Katie managed to escape.
"Oh come on!" Luke groaned.
"Katie! Come back!" Raven ran after the quickly running Katie. Relief washed over her once she saw that Katie had bumped into what looked like a rock to make her stop running. The rock moved and shoved Katie off. What the wolf tails? Raven wagged her tail curiously only looking up, eye to eye with the same hunter she buried. NO! The familiar scent had coated Raven's nostrils. She barked aggressively but the gun was all up in her face already.
"Back off." Raven snarled.
The denliver of course didn't understand her. He pulled the trigger to his gun, Raven had dodged the bullet. Katie wagged her tail excitedly as if the whole situation was a game. She tumbled and slipped over snow and nibbled Raven's tail.
"Now is not the time for games." Raven warned her puppy form of a sister. The hunter picked up Katie in his paws and grabbed her scruff tightly, shaking her and choking her. "Stop that!" Raven grabbed his gun as it fell out of his arms from Katie's delightful nips.
"Winston!" the hunter called in agony.
A massive black, tan, and brown male dog ran out of the denliver rollingpaw with multiple snarls. It was wearing a black spiked collar, and a denliver hunting vest, its tongue lolled from its mouth and Raven had a good view of its canine teeth. So? I'm a wolf. She bared her teeth in a snarl as the hunter fell off of the mountain and into the side of his rollingpaw. Katie's paws were tripping her, Raven gave her a quick glance of appreciation for her nibbling the hunter's paws, Katie yipped and hid in a small cleft in a rock from Winston.
"What do you want with the wolves of the packs?" Raven snarled.
"My master and I come here to hunt. It's a fun thing, wolves do it themselves. But they need to learn that everything here is ours. That's why we hunt every living thing." Winston shot back.
"You have no right to, Winston." A wave of satisfaction shot through her as the hunting dog blinked in shock as Raven knew his name.
"Fight me." the hunting dog challenged, recovering his ferocious self, at least Raven saw a weakness.
"Easy!" she muttered with triumph.
Winston leapt, and his massive muscled body hit Raven like a rock. She groaned as his spikes from his collar scored her wrist. She wasn't weak though! Raven pulled at his collar like a denliver walking a dog, except viciously, the spikes hit the gums of her mouth. Winston was trained, Raven knew that some denlivers took on dogs like they were trainees. She slammed a black and red powerful flaming ball into Winston only to hear him yelp in surprise and agony.
"What kind of wolf are you?!" Winston had gotten up with a high pitched whimper, backing away quickly.
"A mystical wolf, duh! You're scared now?" she laughed.
"I don't care if you have powers, that doesn't stop me." Winston seemed very determined but Raven could sense his anxiety, rising at each glance she gave him.
"Let's see then, pup." Raven padded forward, Winston aimed a harsh blow but she had successfully dodged it.
"Argh." Winston growled and gave himself an angry nip, he launched up on top of Raven. Raven aimed her mouth towards his neck, biting harshly, and digging her canines in. Winston was battering her stomach with his sharp back paws. Raven inserted a shock power, making him freeze in the process of beating her stomach. She slipped out from under him, making him fall with a loud thump into the bloody snow. She pounced on him, while red snow still flew up from behind her and Winston's fall. She buried her claws into his back and battered it with loud triumphant snarls. She could sense that the shock was melting off of him, and so she leapt off of him to see him defeated. She howled to let Katie and her packmates know that she had defeated the hunter and his hunting companion.
