Chapter 22

Cass' POV:

"She's my sister of course I'm not going anywhere. I'm staying here until she gets better." I heard a voice say.

" I really hope she feels better soon!!" Said another voice.

"I knew we should've walked her home with us." Said a quiet voice.

I managed to open my eyes a bit and sit up on the cushioned couch. "What happened? Where am I? Wait whats going on?" I asked worried looking to find everyone's attention drawn to me. "You were walking to Harry's home yesterday after we played at the park but you got attacked by a strange man while you were in the neighborhood but thankfully Ozzie here saved your life! He beat the man up and the guy ran away so he carried you all the way to Harry's house." Liam said smiling at Ozzie who stored at me with embarasses eyes. "It wasn't that big of a deal-" He said blushing and staring as his feet. I interrupted his sentence by giving him a shaky hug. "Don't say that. You saved my life. I could've died if you didn't come beat him up in time. Thank you." I said almost crying while pulling away and looking at his light brown eyes. I tear left one of my eyes but he wiped my cheek with his thumb softly and smiled at me with care written all over his expression. "Please don't cry. You look so beautiful when your happy." I smiled and blushed at him. "Um....sorry to interrupt this really tear- jerking moment but uh some of us are very hungry." Harry said sarcastically. "Shut Up Harry!!" All of the boys said. Except for Ozzie who was still staring at me like I was a gorgeous piece of art. Which made me a little nervous and made my heart skip a beat. Gosh he was so charming it was killing me!! I've never felt this way before but I kind of liked it weirdly.

Liam's POV:

"Brooklyn, I just got invited to go to a night club with some of the guys' friends from school. So would you do me the pleasure if being my stunning date tonight?" I asked with a cheeky grin on my face. "Only on one condition!" Brooklyn said smiling back. "What is it?" I asked curiously. "Will you be my adorable date to Nandos this morning for breakfast?" She asked blushing at me. "I thought you would never ask.!" I said gasping dramatically them bursted out laughing with her in the kitchen.

"I'm ready!" she called from downstairs in our house excitedly. "Just one second!" I called back to her. Then I slipped on black and purple plaid buttoned shirt, some white skinny jeans, and my classic red vans. "Ready!" I called out jogging down the stairs. "Someone looks pretty fancy for going out for breakfast." I said winking at her. "You look pretty good yourself.!" She said rolling her eyes at me and giggling. "Let's go then?" She asked holding her hand out. "Yep." I said interlocking my hand with hers and gave her a light kiss on her lips. She blushed and giggled.

Brooklyn's POV:

I turned on the radio to fill in the silence between me and Liam on the drive to Nando's. "Now let's mix our song choices up a bit and play some Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora! Here comes their newest single, 'Black Widow'!!" The lady on the radio spoke with energy and excitement. This was one if my favorite songs. I started to sing Rita Ora's part and after that ended Liam started to rap the Iggy Azalea part. We both smiled at each other and sang the chorus at the top of our lungs. With the windows rolled down and people looking at us like we're crazy but we didn't care at all. At the end of the song we were laughing our heads off. And by that time we had arrived at Nando's!! I was so hungry that I thought my tummy was going to eat itself. Liam opened the door for me and said, "Shall we?" With a goofy smile reaching his elbow out. "We shall!" I answered back giggling and taking his arm. We were seated in a nice little booth in the back of the restaurant. "So what would you two like to order today?" The blonde waitress asked us. "I would like to have two pancakes and some bacon and orange juice please?" I asked her politely. "Alrighty! And for you sir?" She asked turning Liam. "Um I'll have the same if that's okay?" He said nodding to her. "Of course! Your food will be out in a few minutes.!" She said perkily. I think she might've had a little too much coffee today. "Your so adorable when you're so deep into thought!" Liam said grabbing my attention. I blushed and laughed. He smiled and pulled me closer to him so I was leaning my head against his shoulder while he put his arm around my waist. He smelt like fresh watermelon and white lilacs. I was in love with him and his scents. Wow that sounded weird. I laughed to myself and smiled up at him. He started to smile at me then lean in close and put his warm hand on my cheek. He slowly removed the empty space between us and gently moved his lips on mine. This kiss felt better than most of our other ones. I mean I enjoyed them all don't get me wrong but the last ones were like seeking desperation and were a little more rough. But this time it was deep and loving. He broke apart and laid my head on his chest. "I love you Brooklyn." Liam said softly whispering. "I love you too." I said listening to his heart speed up once I said that. I giggled and sat up a bit once they served us our food.
