Story of London's East End twins Reginald and Ronald Kray, who were gangsters. They had established themselves to be a cunning force to reckon with, driving out other gangs to take over the East End.

The majority of London though belonged to a very well-established mafia family overseen by Frederick Chadwick Astor (Freddie King), of the noble Astor family but several times removed from the aristocracy.

Fred's grandmother was the second wife of Alden Chetwin Astor, who was disowned by the family towards the end of WWI for deserting from the army. His first wife left him after it was found that Alden had taken an Italian woman for a mistress during his desertion and she had gotten pregnant, and when Alden came back to London with his mistress, he was a poor man with an important family name.

Frederick's grandmother was the Italian woman, and the Italian genes ran through the family right down to his children, his eldest son Erwin Chetwin Astor (Chet), and his precious daughter Kaelyn Faith Astor (Kae). They managed to inherit the good genes of both sides of the family, with their smooth glowing olive skin, dark luscious hair and for Kaelyn, those natural red bee-stung lips and a curvy figure (though that could also be from her mother Catherine who was a dark-haired Welsh beauty *think Catherine Zeta Jones). The goodlooking family stood out against the English upper-class who were white and pasty (with skin any more translucent you probably can see blood running through the veins) and lanky slim frame.

The Krays were almost invincible, taking out even the ferocious Bilkins gang south of the river and now expanding south. Reggie was the brains behind the business, and Ronnie, the psychopathic twin, the brawn.

Reggie now owns a club and is looking to take over another nightclub further south. Word of the Krays got out, and Freddie King and gang was getting restless if they would come into their territories in the North and West side of London.
