Aries POV
"Hello Aries." Doctor Samuel asked. "How's my favourite patient?" Liar, I bet he says that to all his patients.

"Good, my attacks are now less frequent." I filled him up and he nodded.

"That's good to know, are you excited for your new heart?" He asked, his eyes flashed with excitement. I nodded and smiled. "Hang in there, it's almost here. No physical activity, and also try not to go to smoky places. I'll give you the usual and remember to take it twice a day."

"Thanks doc." I thanked and closed the door behind me, I shoved the piece of paper into my pocket and waited for the nurse to call my name to collect my medication. I was about to pull out my phone when I heard sniffles and sobbing. I turned my head towards where the sound was coming from and saw a little boy, around the age of 7 I Guess, crying alone.

I cautiously walked towards the boy, hoping not to scare the boy. "Hey kiddo, what's the matter?" I asked, kneeling down so I'm at his eye level.

"I heard m-my mommy a-and the d-doctor talking about me. The d-doctor says I-I have an i-illness. I t-think its s-serious, b-because my mommy w-was crying." He sobbed, "a-and I hate m-making my mommy c-cry." I smiled softly before patting his head.

"It's gonna be alright ok? What's your name?" I asked.

"Percy," he mumbled while using his sleeve to wipe his tears.

"Alright Percy, let's find your Mother, i want to talk to her." He nodded and I stood up before offering him my hand.

Percy and I walked together down the corridor, stopping by the cafeteria to buy food before continuing to look for his Mother. "There's my mommy," Percy tugged at my shirt before pointing to a woman with a panic expression.

"Mommy!" Percy cried out before running towards his Mother.

"Percy!" She screamed before hurrying to the boy. "Where were you?" She chided.

"I just went to the toilet and I met this Uncle," he replied, hugging his Mother. Uncle? What do you mean by Uncle? Am I that old?

"Hello, thank you so much for bringing Percy back." She smiled weakly. I nod my head before pointing to a seat.

"Can I talk to you for a while?" I asked then I looked at Percy, "Here, percy, sir here for a while, I need to talk to your mommy ok?" Percy nodded before obliging.

"Is everything alright about Percy?" I asked. She looked at me sadly before replying.

"He has a heart disease," she informed, looking at the young boy sadly.

"How Long does he have left?"

"A week."

Luna POV
I quickly changed into a oversized hoodie and sweatpants as soon as I reached home. I locked my bedroom door before opening my window and slipping out. I walked towards the florist and bought a bouquet of flowers before heading to a place i hated.

The graveyard.

It was 5 o'clock, the sun was setting soon. I walked towards a grave that had the words "Jane Woods" craved into the grave. I dropped to my knees and placed the bouquet of flowers down. "It's all my fault, I'm sorry," I whispered as tears dribbled down my face. I knelt and stared blankly at my mother's grave, my tears had already dried up. My heart was grieving. Grieving and crying for my Mother, blaming myself for her death.

You're the reason why your Mother died. My father's words echoed in my head.
