Rachel's POV
I told Santana and Brittany I'd be back I just wanted to go and get a drink. While pouring myself a glass of water I over hear Quinn talking to someone in the room next door to where everyone was.
"Puck, Calm Down!..... You know the reason why you weren't invited....I'm telling Finn this is his baby, not yours!"
Oh My God. She's going to tell Finn that's he's the father of her child when it's actually Puck. I can't believe this. I'm just about to walk out of Quinn's house when she runs up behind me and stops me.
"You're not going anywhere!" Quinn demands while gripping onto my arm painfully. She pushes me back into the room and I instantly place my hand over my stomach to protect my belly. Hopefully no one saw.
"Okay everyone! Finn will be here in five minutes!" I hear Quinn shout happily. I can't believe she's going to lie to Finn.. my poor baby. Wait I can't say that, he's dating Quinn.
We all hear the door open and Finn walks in and looks around with a surprised look on his face.
"What's all this for?" Finn asks Quinn.
"I need to tell you something.." Quinn replies. Pulling him into the middle. Everyone turns quiet. I'm standing next to Santana and Brittany.
"Finn.. I brought our friends and family here to tell you something very special" Quinn says.
"What is it..?" Finn asks. He looks so confused, bless him. I can't believe Quinn is about to lie to his face.
Quinn grabs his hands and places them on her stomach.
"We will be parents in less than 9 months.. We've created a baby Finn.. I'm pregnant" Quinn squeals excitedly, like she did on Thursday.
Everyone around them cheers. Finn takes Quinn and hugs her tightly. She let's go and kiss. I know Finn and I haven't been in each company that much since three years ago.. but I know he isn't as happy as he's making out to be.
Everyone is congratulating them and I'm just about to when Santana pulls me to one side.
"Are you okay?" Santana asks me.
"Yeah.. We've both moved on, I'm happy for them" I lie. Santana sends me a smile and we go back to Britt and continue to dance and talk for hours.
Finn's POV
I can't believe Quinn is pregnant.. I've always pictured Rachel telling me she's pregnant with my child, not Quinn.
I know Rachel and I had that scare a few years back but.. eurgh!
I walk upstairs and go out onto Quinn's balcony to get some fresh air and think about everything.
Rachel's POV
Out of the corner of my eye I see Finn walk upstairs looking sad. Making sure Quinn isn't looking I rush upstairs to follow Finn. Looking around I notice a bedroom door is open and someone is out on the balcony.
I slowly and quietly walk into which I assume is Quinn's bedroom and out onto her balcony.
"Hey.." I say quietly. Finn jumps a little and faces me. He motions me over to where he's sitting which is on the right side of the door. "How are you feeling?" I ask him.
He looks up to me, he looks as if he's been crying. I've got to tell him.
"I'm just a bit shocked.. I didn't expect it" Finn says.
"Finn.. I'm going to tell you something, only because I love you" I say sweetly. Once I mention me loving Finn he smiles at me.
"While you weren't here, I overheard Quinn talking to Puck over the phone in the bathroom.. She admitted to him being the father.. not you.. I'm so sorry Finn" I tell him sweetly. I stand up and walk closer to him.
"Are you sure..?" Finn asks me. I think he sounds a tad bit relieved.
"I'd never lie to you about something like this Finn.." I reply softly.
"I believe you.." Finn replies.
I take my hand and place it on Finn's cheek. I take a seat on his lap and smile at him.
"Rach, what was your text about earlier?" Finn asks me curiously.
I sigh and look at him.
"Finn.. I only found out a few days ago.." I tell him.
"Found out what?" Finn asks once again.
"Finn.. I'm pregnant.. and your one hundred percent the father"
Before I could tell him that he doesn't need to help me if he doesn't want to. He pulls me in for a kiss. In the few seconds we shared, it was pure perfection. I could tell he was happy. Happier than he was when Quinn lied to him telling him he was the father of her baby.
"FINN!"
We both pull apart to see Quinn standing on the balcony.
