Quinn's POV

"Puck? I'm off to the hospital for a check-up, I'll be home soon, I love you!" I shout before leaving the flat Puck and I together after moving back to Ohio. After the whole baby daddy situation with Finn, Puck and I decided to try for our baby.

"Bye Q, Good Luck! Love you!" I hear Puck shout back. I think it's going ok.

-Time Passes to Quinn being at the hospital-

Being in LA for three years has made me forget a lot about Ohio. Then again, I've never really needed to know where the ultrasound unit is. (A/N; I don't know the official name for the ward)

Making my way to the reception, I instinctively hold my five month baby bump.

"Hi, Can you please tell me where the ultrasound unit is? I'm here for a scan" I ask the lady at reception.

"Most certainly, if you look to your left, there is a continuous corridor. If you walk down there until you see the sign for the Neonatal Unit, walk through their and you find the Ultrasound Unit through the double doors" The lady replies politely. I take in her instructions and begin to make my way to my destination.

Spotting the sign for the Neonatal Unit, I turn right and open the double doors which reveal a small room which links to a larger room and then my eyes see the double doors which I assume lead to the Ultrasound unit.

I begin to make my way through the unit when I spot someone familiar behind the window in the large room.

"Finn?" I ask him curiously.

"Quinn.." He responds. Wait why is he in the Neonatal Unit? Rachel isn't due for another four months.

"What are you doing here?" Finn asks me, breaking the silence.

"I was passing by towards the Ultrasound Unit and then I saw you.." I respond. "You?" I ask him.

I watch as he builds up the courage to reply. "My son, is lying there with only a 45% chance of survival" Finn spits out. "Rachel gave birth to him earlier on today" He says spiteful.

He walks pasts me and leaves the room. My nineteen year old sister gave birth to her child prematurely, why didn't she tell me?

Still holding my bump, I glance around all of the incubators until I find a little boy who looks like Finn.

I kneel down to read the information card which is stuck on the incubator. 'Noah Keegan Hudson'.

"Hey there little Noah.. It's me, your Auntie Quinn.. me and your mum have never really seen eye to eye" I begin to speak to my weak nephew. "But I do know she doesn't deserve anymore pain and neither do you... just hang in there little one"
