When I got to school Monday, everything seemed normal. The halls were noisy, as usual. The niggas were gossiping just as much as the girls.

"Wassup Leelee?" I asked opening up my locker that was a few feet away from hers.

"Nothing much.." She said not looking up from her phone.

"Who you texting like that?" I asked, now facing her jokingly trying to look at her messages.

"Oh nobody.." She said but wouldn't look up to face me. I snatched her phone and stretched my arms in the air above my head. "Chris gimme my phone!"

"Nope, not until you start paying some attention!" I don't know what had gotten into Leeyah, I thought we had a breakthrough this weekend.

"Don't you have a baby mama to be tending to?" She spat catching my off guard.

"Oh it's like that huh?" I shoved her phone back to her and walked away. Fuck was that? I thought we were cool but I guess not. Fuck it, her moody ass will get over it eventually.

I picked up my work for the day then went ride out to pick Nikki up for this doctor's appointment. When I got to the house, I could sense the attitude before she even got in the car. I just drove up and kept quiet.

She didn't wanna talk to me and I damn sure didn't wanna talk to her ass either..

"Why you can't just stop fucking with these hoes?"

"Whatcha talkin' bout man?" He we go with this bullshit again. Nicole would be cool if she wasn't with the nonsense all the times. Ain't like she my girl anyways.

"Don't act like you didn't tell that bitch to answer ya phone Chris. I heard everything from the laughs to the water splashing in the background."

"I'm not bouta sit here and discuss this with you right now. Matter fact, I'm not discuss this with you ever so you might just wanna drop it."

"Why should I Chris? You never come by or call."

"Don't start yo shit Nicolee.." I hated when she did shit like this, especially in front of people.

"Miss Nicolee James, the doctor's ready for you.."

"Here goes nothing.." I mumbled before standing up.

I sat in the doctor's office sweating bullets. It might be wrong to say, but I really hope she's not pregnant anymore; or at least not with my child. Maybe she was ready to be a parent but I wasn't.

Imagine how my mama gonna feel. She taught me better than to just go around making baby's with bitches. She almost taught me how to be a man. If this baby is mine, I guess I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and deal with Nicole bullshit for the next eighteen years.
