Davindar POV
I run as fast not watching where I'm going and bump into another cub he looks at me like I'm crazy and asks "Why are you running?".
As I was trying to talk I heard a howl knowing that was connected to my sister. When I look back I say frantic "I need help to fight some hyenas".
Hoping the cup was following me I run back to my sister and slash the middle one in the face. I look at my sister seeing that she is hurt and I then I got mad.
Noticing that the other cub saying "Move out of the way" I did what he told us to do thinking what is he gonna do.
Devna POV
"Move out of the way," a voice says from beyond me I look back and see that he is getting in a stance. Then he roars so powerfully that it blows the hyenas off the ground away from us. He turns and tells us, "My name is Kion".
While my brother says "Thank you". I pass out from the loss of blood.
*time skip*
The hyenas. Where are they? Where am I? Is this a tree? How did I get here? Why am I here? I look back at my leg. That's why I'm here. Wait. Where is Davindar? I look around just to find that he's sleeping in a corner. I try to nudge him awake but he won't budge he was always a hard sleeper. Then I hear someone say "Rafiki" and turn around.
Kion POV
I go to Rafiki's tree seeing if that girl and her brother is in good condition. Not thinking they are awake I walk and shout, "Rafiki!".
Then I notice the girl looking at me with confusion in her eyes. Did I wake her up? Does she know where she is? Where is she from? I should ask her name? When I finally have the courage I ask her "What is your name?".
"Devna."
