My Daisy // Tysh

Zack and I walked to school today, since it was nice out. We actually didn't have practice today so I'm deciding on going somewhere with Josh. It's been awhile since the two of us had hung out on our own. Maybe we'll go see a movie.

      When I got to school Josh ran up and gave me a hug with a smile.
     "Hey, Joshy." I grinned after he pulled away from the hug.
"Hi, Tyty." He smiled cheerfully.
"So after school I was thinking we go to the movies." I ruffled his hair with one hand.
He jumped up happily, "Really? Like a date?!"
I shrugged, trying to act cool. "Yeah."
Josh wrapped his arms around my neck and twirled me around. I smiled and kissed his head.
After he pulled away he pouted, "But I have to wait all dayyyyy."
"You'll last." I squeezed his hand and led him into the school.

"That was the longest day of school ever." Josh sighed as he plopped down at the table with me. I was waiting for him to be done getting his things from his locker.
I wrapped my arm around his shoulders and stood up, "It was worth it, trust me." He smiled and let me lead him to my house.
           "Please don't tell me you need to change." Josh groaned.
            I chuckled, "No, I just think we'd need my car. Unless you want to walk to the movie theater."
            He shook his head quickly, "Definitely a car." I chuckled again as my house came into view. My sister was sitting out on the porch reading.
           "Hey, Maddie! I'm taking the car!" I shouted when we were a few feet away.
         She looked up, "Okay. Hi, Josh!" She waved to the younger boy standing at my side.
       "Hi." He waved back sheepishly.
        I unlocked the car once we got there and let Josh in first. "I'll be back in a few hours." I told Maddie before getting in and driving off to the movie theater.
Once we got there I bought us two tickets, a large popcorn and two boxes of sweets. Josh said he didn't want me to spoil him but I want to so he doesn't get a choice. I let Josh pick our seats since he was pouting about all the snacks I got for him.
"Oh heck. I forgot a drink. I'll be right back. What do you want?" I ask him.
"Sprite." He squeaked and sunk down in his seat.
"I'll just be a minute." I smile and kiss his forehead before going back out to the cash register. A few minutes later I came back with a large and Josh was staring at the commercials and eating popcorn. I sat down and set the drink in his lap.
He shrieked and grabbed onto it before it slipped and spilt everywhere.
I laugh and wrap my arm around his shoulders, "Sorry, My Daisy."
"You scared me!" He hit me in the chest, not very hard thought.
      I chuckle as the lights dim and the screen says to shut your phone off. Josh snuggled as close as he can to me and I smile.

       After the movie Josh got up and stretched while I shoved one more handful of popcorn in my mouth.
       "That was a good movie." Josh said as we walked out of the theater and out to my car.
       "Yeah it was. Did you have fun?"
"Mhm." Josh yawned, leaning into me. I smiled and wrapped my arm around him.
Once in the car, Josh put on some music and hummed along to it as he leaned his head back against the seat.
I looked over at him a few times as I drove him home, I have something I want to do, and I'm nervous.
      When we got to his house I stopped the car and turned down a music a little. Josh didn't unbuckle just yet so I assume he has something to say, but I'm not complaining.
      "That was a good movie, thanks for taking me" He smiled and turned towards me. My eyes kept flickering down to his lips, but only for a few seconds before I look back up at his beautiful eyes.
      "Of course, My Daisy. Anything for you." I smile at him and rest my hand on top of his on the dash. He blushed and looked out the window.
     Slowly, I started to lean towards him and he noticed as he looked back at me. He blushed even redder before slowly leaning towards me, too. 
    My heart started to race faster and faster the closer I got to his face. His eyes fluttered shut, as did mine. I felt his breath on my face after a few seconds.
      I couldn't take the wait so I reached up and pulled his face to mine before kissing him on the lips.
     I could tell he was shocked by the way he almost pulled away, but he soon melted into it and kissed back. His lips were soft and plump, just as I had pictured.
      After a few moments, I pulled away and smiled brightly at him, my hands still pressed to his cheeks. His face was still red, but he still smiled that crinkly smile I love so much.
     "I'll talk to you later, My Daisy." I kissed his forehead before letting him out of the car.
     "Bye, Tyler." He waved before running into his house with an excited squeal. I smiled before driving back home
