What Have I Done?

.:Josh's POV:.
"I think I like you too,"
What was I thinking?!? This was obviously a prank and now Tyler is going to tell the whole school that I'm gay. But what happened next I did not expect. He leaned down and gave me a kiss on the head.
   Just as it happened Brendon Urie, Tyler's friend burst in and saw him kiss my head.
    He burst out laughing and Tyler shouted at him to go away. I hid my face in Tylers shirt and whimpered. He stopped yelling immediately and glanced down at me, "Hey, hey. It's alright. He won't tell." He glared at his friend, "Right, Brendon?"
    I uncovered one eye to see the drunk boy nod silently. I hid a smiled and hid my face again, taking a deep breath and closing my eyes.
  "Now Brendon? Leave, please." His voice was soft but you could hear the anger in his voice. I heard the door close and felt Tyler move so he had his arms around my body.
Soon I fell asleep to the soft sound of Tyler breathing. An hour later Melanie and Ashley crept into the room.
Melanie was shaking me softly, "Josh. Josh? What are you doing?" She asked as she looked at Tyler wrapped around me.
I opened one eye, "Sleeping."
Ashley shook her head, "We mean what are you doing with Tyler Joseph."
I smiled at his name.
"Cuddling." I snuggled back against the boy behind me, he tightened his grip around my waist as if to tell me I was safe.
"You really do like him huh." Melanie said, smiling. I nodded in response. "Do you think he likes you?" I opened my eyes again and looked at them.
"Yes I do. Now I know this might be a prank but I'm going to be here while it lasts." They both sigh.
"Alright Joshy. Just be careful, okay?" I nodded again but before they left I had to tell them something.
As they were walking to the door I said, "He kissed me on the head." They stopped and turned around.
"Really?!" Ashley said quietly, "Aww." Melanie smiled again before leaving the room.
Once they were gone I heard Tyler mumble, "I thought they'd never leave." I felt a surge of panic rise up in my chest.
"Did you hear all that?" I asked. I felt him nod behind me.
"This isn't a prank, I like you Joshua. I really do." His voice was rougher than usual since he was barely awake.
"Really?" I asked, as if I didn't hear him correctly.
"Really." He leaned down and kissed my head again. I smiled.
"When does this party end?" I wondered. He answered softly, "It goes on all night, my daisy."
My heart skipped a beat when he said that. No one has ever called me a nick name like that. I yawned and closed my eyes again, "Goodnight, Tyler."
"Goodnight, Joshua."

.:Time Skip four hours later:.
"Did you have fun Josh?" Melanie asked, looking in the mirror to see me in the back seat. I nodded my head. They had come to wake me up and bring me back home. "Good. Tyler seems nice." I nod again, smiling at what had happened earlier. "Bye my daisy." Tyler said as he kissed my head again. "See you on Monday." I giggled and walked back to Melanie and Ashley. They smiled and said, "Come on. Let's go home."
    "Do you think I should tell my mom?" I asked.
   "Tell her what Joshy?" Ashley asked.
    "That I'm gay." I covered my mouth with my sleeves.
   "Yes! She will love you all the same." Melanie said as we pulled up in my driveway. I nodded and gave them each a hug before I got out of the car and walk up to my front door. It was about 7 am and my mom would be awake by now. I open the door and shut it behind me as I took off my vans. "I'm home!" I shouted.
    "We're in the kitchen!" My mom shouted from the kitchen, she must have been talking about my siblings and her because my dad isn't home on the weekends.
As I stepped into the kitchen I saw my brother and sisters jabbering on about something I did not know about. My mama was cooking eggs and bacon for breakfast. I walked over to her and gave her a side hug, since I didn't want to get in her way. "Hi sweety." She said and kissed my forehead.
"Hi mama." I smiled. I sat down next to Jordan. He smiled at me than went back to talking to Ashley (Not the one from before) and Abigail. I picked at my fingers nervously, "Hey mama. Can I talk to you in private?" I asked quietly, only loud enough for her to hear.
"Sure sweet heart." She said, "Abby? Can you watch the food for me?" Abigail looked up at us.
"Sure thing mom." She got up and went to stir the eggs. Mama led me to the living room and we both sat down on the couch.
"M-mama. I need to tell you s-something v-very important to m-me." I stuttered out. I never stutter unless I'm nervous or scared so my mama was instantly worried.
"Go ahead Joshy" She said softly, putting her hand on top of mine.
"I'm... I'm uh.." I blinked, "I'm gay." I softly, trying to hold back tears.
My mama looked at me, nothing showing on her face. I took this as a bad sign instantly and tears started to prick my hazel eyes. "I'm so s-sorry m-m-mama. I'll ch-change! I promise!" I cried out covering my eyes with my sleeves to hide my tears.
"No no no, Joshy! I'm fine with it, I love you the exact same, maybe even a little more." She hugged me close to her chest, "I will always love you." My tears slowly dried.
"I'm sorry mama. I know big boys don't cry." She chuckled.
"Of course they cry dear. Everyone cries."
I pulled away from her, "Do you think Jordan or Ashley or Abby will still love me?" My voice quivered.
She sighed, "Do you want to tell them today?" I nodded slowly. "Alright then, let's go tell them together." We bother stood up and went back to the kitchen. Jordan and Ashley were still bickering while Abby flipped the bacon.
"Guys." My mother said, "Joshua needs to tell you something very important." They all stayed quiet and looked at me expectedly.
My breath quickened and my mama held my hand.
"It's okay Josh. You can tell us." Jordan said gently.
"Okay.." I took a deep breath. "I... I'm gay."
They all were quiet for a moment. Jordan stood up, his jaw stiff, but then he walked over and hugged me, "We except you Josh. You don't have to be afraid of us hating you." I smiled.
"T-thank you." I say as my sisters smile at me.
"And Josh?" Abby said, "I know it's a lot to tell that to us, but I'm proud of you." She put down the spatula and wiped her hands on a dish cloth before giving me a hug as well.
Ashley stood up and gave me a hug too, "But don't think we won't tease you about it with memes and stuff." She laughed. I giggled and nodded my head.
"What do you think dad will say?" I ask. All of my siblings shared a glance with my mother.
"We won't tell him just yet.." Mama said slowly. "We'll tell him when you're at school." She said, sharing another knowing glance with all but one of her children.
I shrugged, "Okay, Mama." I sat down at the table again, "Can we eat now?" My mama chuckled.
"Yes dear." She went over to the food and started to dish up plates for everyone.

A/N Guys! I'm back, I hope you liked these two chapters, I really think they turned out well. I'm thinking of posting three parts a week? I think that might work, I plan on making this a pretty long story since I have a lot of ideas brewing up in my head. I'm starting to make these chapters longer, because I feel like longer chapters would be better for this story. I was gone for too long I think, but I appreciate your guys support!
